I’ve been going to KW Fitness for about five months and absolutely love it. The trainers are so knowledgeable and encouraging and the small group setting makes working out fun. I highly recommend KW Fitness.

Absolutely love this place! I started training with Gianni and Casey in January. My goal is to develop more tone, flexibility and balance. These trainers really know what they are doing. I have learned the right form in working with kettlebells, barbells, TRX, bands, medicine balls, etc. Both trainers know when to make me work harder and it has really paid off! I feel better and stronger and my golf coach has noticed my flexibility has improved. I have steadily lost body fat and increased muscle mass. They work with you on nutrition as well. You can work one on one or in a small (4 person) group, which is what I prefer as the people are so much fun. I come out of there feeling so good! Would recommend to anyone looking to improve your fitness and stay on track. I had no trouble fitting it into my schedule, and having the same days and time makes me go as I was not really going to the gym before on my own. I am definitely committed to this place, and Gianni and Casey make it fun and challenging.

I joined KW Fitness/Fayetteville a year ago to build strength and learn nutritional skills that would help me to age confidently. Working with the trainers both in the gym and through their nutritional and exercise advice has changed not only the way I look, but also the way I feel about myself. I have more energy and a better sense of how strong even an older person can become. I recommend KW Fitness to anyone looking to age not just gracefully, but strongly.

I HIGHLY recommend KW Fitness if you are looking to become the best version of yourself! The trainers are all very professional and knowledgeable and treat us like family. I thoroughly enjoy my sessions and never feel intimidated or out of place. The camaraderie among other clients is second to none. It’s a full service experience from 24/7 fitness centers, personalized training, nutrition guides and multiple group challenges to keep us all motivated throughout the year. I am so happy I joined, it is one of the best investments I can make in myself.

My experience at KW has been the best I have had at a gym! Everyone is so positive and encouraging. Jaymes explains exercises clearly, provides feedback to ensure I'm doing them properly and suggests modifications that meet my individual needs even though there are others in our group. I have never felt so comfortable at a gym and am glad that I made the move to KW!!

KW Fitness has helped me so much since I started back in October 22. My coach Lauren is AWESOME. I have come so much farther than I thought I ever would have. They help you help yourself! I cant say enough about the staff and gym overall!! Thank you KW Fitness!!

KW Fitness has been the perfect fit for me. I’ve always been intimidated by gyms and fitness training but on day one I was greeted in a friendly atmosphere by staff. I’m a 73 year old woman who wanted to lose some weight and feel better. I’ve been with KW Fitness and Coach Lauren for 10 months. I’ve lost almost 40 pounds and many inches. I feel much better and an able to get up off the floor, do planks, pull-ups and things I couldn’t do 10 years ago. I highly recommend KW Fitness to anybody who wants to be stronger, feel better, look better, eat better and have a good time doing it. KW Fitness was a great decision for me and if you want to train at a great place where there are people of all ages and sizes and no judging, give KW a try. Coach Lauren is great and so is Coach Gianni!

KW Fitness has helped me with exactly what I needed. Educating me in overall health and well-being. My trainer, Coach Gianni, has helped me with teaching good form with exercise and strength training, along with helping me make better nutrition and diet choices, all the while, full well understanding people are human and a fitness journey isn't always going to be perfect. Consistency and accountability are two things you can depend on with KW Fitness. I enjoyed it so much, I have renewed for a second term, along with bringing my wife with me this time!

KW Fitness is the right balance of focus and accountability. In about Six months I was able to drop 24lbs and increase my muscle mass. I feel more confident and stronger now than I have in many years. Their trainers are thoughtful in their approach and keep you honest. No excuses. Just results!

Love KW. They feel like family. They take an interest in you and make sure they understand what is important to you and push you when you need it. Since 12/23 I have lost 33 pounds. And feel like a new person. The weight off of my knees makes a huge difference and Gianni is the best trainer.If you have thought about joining donit. Invest in yourself. Divide up the amount of times you go so you can realize you really are just investing in yourself and your future.

My experience here started with the “Discovery call” where I talked to one of the the owners, Kevin. We talked about my goals, my past fitness journey and my overall stage of life currently. Then I met with my trainer, Devon. At first it seemed too good to be true, everyone was so positive and supportive from just one meeting. Now after 8 months of going, I know it’s just the people. When you join KW, you gain this amazing support system. The coaches and staff are absolutely amazing, empathetic and driven people. From the moment I started, people knew my name, always greeted me, and made me feel comfortable.It’s really been life changing to have not only someone to keep me accountable to do my weekly workouts, but also to be flexible. As a mom of two toddlers I don’t always have control over our schedules and if I have to change a workout last minute my coach is always responsive and ready to reschedule to make it work. No guilt trip, no negativity, just support and positivity every step of the way.The workouts are fun too. Thirty minute sessions of grind, and not as much cardio as one would think. I used to run and loved it, but I will say that was a worry for me. Our cardio comes in different, shorter bursts. Sometimes in the form of games or creative things, not just running or burpees, the boring things.I highly recommend this place for people who need flexibility and support when working on not only their physical, but also their mental and really overall health.

Highly recommend this gym! Awesome, friendly and knowledgeable trainers. Workouts are fast paced, fun and most importantly effective! It's been a game changer for me and I look forward to each and every workout because they are never the same!
