Dressing rooms are disgusting. Dust bunnies all over the floors and they get all over clothes. I didn’t get the $10 Kohls cash I had just been issued through my email. Just a ploy to get customers in the store.

After not having been able to do in store shopping for quite some time, I went to Kohl's in Fayetteville because I have always been happy with that store!
The rudeness of the one human cashier because of the several self serve areas, which no one was using is enough to say NEVER AGAIN!!

Love Kohl’s but…. I would love to see the women’s/ladies clothing better organized into one area of the store rather than all over the place. It is very confusing to find what you’re looking for. For example why are the bras and underwear in the rear center of the store (back by housewares/across from plus sizes) while work out clothes are in the front southern corner? It feels very confusing to me. I really liked the layout prior to COVID
