I live nearby and seldom shop here. Never enough cashiers - a long winding line which takes forever.
Everything is overpriced. Coupons rarely apply for so many various reasons. Prices aren't marked. Stuff is all over. Clearance items are cracked /damaged and still overpriced. Many vacant shelves.
Never again. Would not recommend.

Absolutely best fabric store. The staff are awesome! Friendly, knowledgeable, and so helpful. I'm a 60 year old guy. Not your typical sewer or crafter. Been shopping at Joann's forever. Have always been treated like a member of their family. Unlike another craft store that has Lobby in its name, get sneers and odd looks there. Always find everything I need in one trip to Joann, and love the sales and coupons! There's nothing like being able to see and have the tactile experience when shopping for fabric either. Cant get that online.

There are a lot of different types of crafts in the store. I wish they had knowledgeable craft type staff members to help find stuff as I was trying to find something for my wife in the crocheting department. However a really nice fellow shopper help me find a loom and materials so that my wife could start crocheting. So I appreciate her help. But this is a great store for crafts.

Website and front desk said one thing about recouping fabric, back counter was offensive and manager said it was by their discretion, and they didn’t trust I bought it there. It was expensive and from their cosplay section and I drove a half hour after reading that their store offered the service. Don’t trust that the site and the stores play the same rules

Love this store! My friend and I were amazed at how huge the selection of craft items is! They usually have sales, too, so that's a bonus. I have several crafting hobbies, so I will keep buying the things I need here!

i love coming to this location! the ladies in the fabric department (i’ve spoken only with Karen and Terry) are amazing!! everyone i’ve ever interacted with at this store is crafty and funny and personable. they are so knowledgeable and genuinely seem interested in helping with a craft or project. Terry, i am working on my jumpsuit and i can’t wait to bring it in to show you the final piece!

Joanns has great sales that you often can’t find at craft stores. I love the sales they have on cricut but do often find their stock to be really low. I also wished they carried tumblers and more resin crafting materials.
