This was the best decision we could have made by getting an invisible fence system, life changing for our family and our two dogs. Wonderful experience with all the staff and trainers. Huge thank you to Chris Mitchell for all of his help, he always answered every call when we had a question or concern. Can not speak highly enough about the great experience with these guys and this company.

I’ve been an invisible fence customer for 8+ years. Got a new puppy and they’ve gone so corporate that they don’t have local trainers or people anymore. They pushed the franchise owners out. You can’t just buy a collar and there’s no one local to help. You have to pay a trainer to come out to do anything. They are all about the money. I’m taking my business elsewhere and when I told them that they didn’t care.

We have used this company for over 20 years with great success. However they now have a new policy of making customers wait with a 5 hour window when scheduling appointments. If there is another company you can use I would highly recommend it because you will save yourself a great deal of frustration.

I had an outstanding experience with Mark, who was instrumental in helping me make decisions about Invisible Fence. He exhibited a genuine passion for animals and was incredibly responsive to my inquiries about the invisible fence, providing prompt and helpful assistance. Moreover, Mark was very accommodating with scheduling and did not exert any pressure on me to make quick decisions.
Following our initial meeting, the installation was promptly scheduled for the following week. The technician, John, was equally impressive and did an excellent job. Thanks to the strategically placed flags, the installation was practically invisible, blending seamlessly with the surroundings, even across my gravel driveway!
Most importantly, my dogs, Marley & Finn, quickly adapted to their new boundaries with minimal correction incidents. They are now as joyful and lively as ever. I am immensely grateful to Invisible Fence for providing such an exceptional and effective system. My experience has left me thoroughly satisfied and extremely happy. Thank you all for an excellent job from start to finish!

I didn't get to elaborate on why I gave such a low rating. That day, I called the 800 number they said nothing about the Syracuse store or transfer me there. I drove an hour to get batteries and the store was closed. It didn't say on the website they were closed. I ended spending 60$ in gas, 100$ trying to get overnighted batteries from TN invisible fence, and they didn't even come on time. I had just paid for new collar and upgraded old ones so my rechargeable ones didn't fit in the collar at that point. I ended up going 10 days with no batteries waiting on generic ones bc they were only ones that came with in reason time wise. This whole ordeal cost me over 200$ they refunded my overnight fees, but I was more concerned with my dogs in the road after they realized they could run.

We have had the best experience with Invisible Fence! We moved into a home with a fence and were excited to learn about it and start using it. The staff was extremely helpful and knowledgeable and not only train your dog, but also you. You learn all you need to know to have your dog learn their boundaries and be able to have freedom outside in their yard and enjoy so, safely. Our trainer, Alex, was so kind and friendly with our dog during training and very professional and knowledgeable on how to make our experience fit for our dog’s needs specifically. Alex was patient, continually asked if we had any questions and made it clear that we can reach out at any point if we have questions or concerns. After three training sessions, our dog has already learned the boundaries and we feel confident in our fence and keeping him safely outside, in our yard. Thank you Alex and the Invisible Fence team!

So far, so good! Alex came today and layed all the wire. He was not able to burry it because the ground is frozen. He said he would be back in the Spring to burry it. He took the time to explain how everything works. This was the first of 3 visits. Happy so far!

So glad we went the professional route vs DYI. So many options. Never thought we'd have the confidence that our herding dog would respect it...but it is perfect. The folks did a great job installing and training. They made it a very positive experience for our collie( and for us). The shockless re-entry gives us peace of mind but hasn't been needed.

I am a veterinarian and I used this company for my previous dogs at a different property. It worked wonderfully. Those dogs have since passed away and it has been over 5 years since the original set up. I still had the collars and transmitter. I now have two new dogs and am in the process of moving. Jon was excellent with helping get everything set up and running at the new house. I was able to use the same collars and transmitter from previous. This is a great company with excellent service and products.
