“We were allowed an early check-in and were warmly greeted. The lobby is very nice, with a fireplace and seating arrangement near the large, brightly lit breakfast area. Our room was perfect for our needs and the towels were large. The fitness room is large for a hotel this size, not a lot of cardio equipment but good space with weights and balls and enough room to use them. Breakfast was what you'd expect. We were amused and happy to see a bagel "guillotine," which we have at home. That meant the bagels were fresh and not precut. In a nutshell, we would stay here again.”

“Stayed here for work this week, what a comfy bed! I’ve honestly never slept so good. I was only there for a night but the room served its purpose and the staff was very friendly. Also you can’t forget your cookie, ever!”

“Pleasant surprise, the general manager sent me my phone charger! Even sent it twice, my old address was in my profile. They called to get my new address. Thank you!”

“Very nice staff! I work next door...due to a ride situation I had to be dropped off at 4 in the morning (my job opens its doors at 7). It was too cold to wait outside for hours. The staff member let me stay in the dining area and even offered me the breakfast they served.I'm very thankful ?”

“Overall it was a ok stay. The bed was hard and the wooden chair should have been thrown out years ago. Staff was very friendly. Walls are thin..Rooms: The heart tub was nice”

“I only drop off people there for the railroad, but went in this time just to use the restroom. One lady behind the counter was extremely friendly and just happy all the way around. Was a real pleasant and memorable experience considering some of the poor service out there today. This lady was a real joy. I should have gotten her name.”

“I don’t know if DeWitt travel plaza is one of the rest stops slated for renovation but it sure seems like it. The only business open inside is a small convenience shop with necessities and thankfully there are bathrooms which are clean enough. there is a sign pointing toward a ‘pet area’ , seemingly a swamp so we did not go there.”

“Very run down. Dirty carpets. One rude staff member. one broken ice maker for all 4 floors. Room door lock was falling off door and original door that showed it's age and rugged history. Hasn't seen a paint brush in a long time.Food & drinks: Breakfast was as basic as they could get away with and eggs were reheated from day before.”

“Clean rooms with fresh paint and new sheets and blankets. Desk service was great as well, friendly, efficient, and professional. Single entrance into the front lobby only, making the place feel very safe and secure. Good place for a quick overnight stay.”

“The room was immaculate. Everything was well stocked. The beds were comfortable, oh so comfortable. The pillows weren't lumpy, they had substance to them. The vending machine had a good variety as did the soda and water Gatorade machine too. The whole hotel was immaculate. Everywhere you looked all of it was beautiful. The breakfast was the usual you get. Oranges, bananas, cereals, bad coffee and waffles. It's not breakfast if there's no Waffle's. Checking in was a breeze. Checking was just as simple. 15 minutes before 11:00 am checkout time, someone knocks on your door and in a sweet voice says, 15 minutes till check-out. 15 minutes till check-out. It was truly pleasant. Definitely recommend this Ramada. If I come back this way, I will certainly stay here.”
