They got the work done more quickly than they said, but even more quickly than I expected. No complaints about the work; waiting area was nice, staff was nice. Easy to get an appointment, too. They don't do a complimentary wash like some other places have done, but that's fine with me. Overall, worth my driving out a little farther for good, efficient service.

Honda Friendly in Fayetteville Syracuse is always a pleasure to take my car to for service. The staff is always friendly and courteous. Easy to get an appointment that was convenient for me. The dealership is bright and very clean.

Friendly Honda was fabulous! We just went for snow tire removal but we were very pleased - able to make an appointment easily, warm and friendly personnel, clean, comfortable waiting lounge and speedy service. Would highly recommend this service center!

Out of the previous 3 car purchasing experiences, Friendly Honda was by far the moat superior! Had a great experience buying a preowned vehicle. Would 100% recommend buying a car from them. Very personable, and knowledgable.

I now live in Bloomfield New York.I drove to Fayetteville new york to look for a honda passport. My salesman Lavall, Was very professional,and kind. Everyone worked very hard to ensure I got the passport. I have been 2 other dealerships in the Syracuse That don't even come close to the treatment that I received from Fiendly Honda.They were very professional , kind and polite. If I could give them 10 stars.I would the best customer service i've received from anywhere in a long time.
