“Having moved from Ithaca, I was super happy to find that there was at least one branch here in Syracuse. Granted, it's all the way out in Fayetteville, so the location isn't super convenient for me. The hours are limited. It would be nice if they had some ATM's in the area instead of just this one. Still, it's come in handy to have a branch nearby. I think they're geared more towards financial services/advising than traditional bank transactions at this location, but still, it's been nice to be able to utilize as needed. The staff is always polite and helpful. The short hours and off-the-path location make banking a bit of a pain, but it's still much easier than driving all the way to Ithaca.”
