I dropped my truck off in the night drop because it was overheating. I called the next day during business hours, no call back. I called again, no call back. Finally, I call their sales team and asked to speak to service. Service said it would be a couple days to diagnose the problem. They called me back with a quote. I told them to do the work. I called them back a week later and they never heard of me and said no such truck was on their lot. Two days later on my day off, I went and showed them my truck that was tagged, and on their lot. Excuses. A week later, I called to follow up on my truck. We’re waiting on parts, should be done next week. I called the following week. They never heard of me or my truck. Two days later on my day off, I went and showed them my truck that was tagged, and on their lot. Excuses Excuses!! So after nearly a month of having the truck on their lot, I get a call that it’s done.My wife picked it up and tells me the cab smells like a school bus from the 1970’s. I tried to let the smell clear out, but then I noticed smoke coming out from under the hood. Now since they had the truck for nearly a month, my inspection had run out. I asked them, on my day off, to fix their shoddy work and to inspect the vehicle. They came out and told me a fuel clamp hadn't been tightened properly. If this had been a gas vehicle, I suspect there would have been an engine fire. They fix the fuel leak but come out to tell me my parking brake line was “seized” and It would be $1000 to fix. I was done with them. I’d have Firestone do the repair. So what do these scheisters do? The pull off the old inspection sticker and charge me $21 for the inspection. It will be a very cold day in hell before I ever do business with them again. The really sad thing is, before the business was sold to the Go Group, the customer service was excellent.Do yourself a favor, bring you repairs to Burdick or McGuire Ram!!!!

I was having issues and confusion with Virginia DMV. I bought a truck from a dealer here who got it from these folks and I decided to call them and glad I did. I got in touch with sales who was super friendly and they put me thru to Diane title clerk and she helped me with registering my vehicle in DMV. So friendly and helpful and eased my worries.

I went to the dealership today with a minor concern without an appointment and was greeted with friendly, helpful employees. Their knowledge and efficiency was a welcome change with the shortage of workers. I give this dealership a A plus!!!!

Called to get my truck in for service said it was going to take a month to get in. Had a rental car marked down saying I need one, called 3 to 4 time to make sure their was a rental car, every time I called they said they didn’t have one. Need lease to say for having my appointment scheduled for a month I never got a rental car.

I have been going here for years. I have had mostly good experiences here. Happy they moved closer to where I live. Sometimes hard to book an appointment as they are always busy.

Jason is the best salesman i have ever had, was willing to show me all the features and connect my phone to the vehicle. This guy knows customer service and puts his clients first. Very knowledgeable and wonderful to work with. I was called one day letting me know they had just received the 2023 Dodge Hornet GT Plus and i was in shock because 13 other dealerships told me it would not be available until Jan 2024. Absolutely amazing vehicle. Definitely the place to GO!

If I could give negative stars, I would. We purchased our Dodge Durango new in 2016 and have taken the vehicle there for service ever since. I rarely write reviews and especially negative ones.However, today, my wife went for a scheduled oil change and tire rotation and the bill was $160. I called and spoke to Dan the service manager for an explanation, and he could only apologize and tell me those were their prices. We have never paid anything close to this amount in all of the years we have been doing business there. In addition, we take our other vehicles (different brands) to sperate service companies and they are much less including the synthetic oil. I'm sorry but this is highway robbery, and we will not be returning there after almost 7 years of loyalty. With prices like this they will not be staying in business very long.

Absolute HORRIBLE place to have service done, I wish I had read the reviews prior to dropping off. I can never get a straight answer or an update about what's going on with my vehicle or an estimate of when it will be done (after getting the "it will be done tomorrow" response 3 times, it's been 3 weeks). I don't typically like to leave reviews but hoping this will prevent someone making the mistake I did. Especially since I need the vehicle to commute back/forth from work on a daily basis, and it was made incredibly difficult to get a loaner vehicle. While I get things happens, there's ZERO reason for poor (or no) communication. Please take your vehicle elsewhere.

I took my 4xe Wrangler in for service. I was greeted promptly and with a smile. The waiting room was comfortable with a tv and wifi. The coffee machine was a nice and had many options. My oil change and tire rotation was completed quickly (approximately an hour) and my keys were handed back to me with a smile. These gentlemen took care my Wrangler like it was their own and it’s very appreciated as I’m always very apprehensive about who is allowed to touch my Jeep. Thank you for the great service!

My friends and I had a great experience at Fayetteville Dodge Ram. Jason was professional, friendly and answered any questions that I had without the pressure I've experienced at other competing dealerships. Drove home in my new-to-me 2014 Avenger the same day I came in to see it. Will definitely recommend friends and family here for their next car and I look forward to being a returning customer!

Our time at Dodge Ram was excellent. I believe this experience was due to the outstanding service provided by the Sales Reps. Zackary H. He was polite, patient, and most importantly, we did not feel pressured to make a purchase. He knew his craft well and have the upmost confidence that he will take care of anyone he works with!

The service department facility has more space and better amenities that their previous location. Modern bathrooms, refreshments, tables and chairs, Wi Fi. Good service as always.
