“I haven't been to the Sav A Lot in Silver Creek in a long while but since I was in the area and needed butter, I stopped here. They had the dark cherries on sale and who can pass them up considering they aren't here for nearly long enough. I was not disappointed. I did have some trouble trying to use the coupon scan thing to get the sale price for the butter. Ordinarily, this wouldn't have been an issue but I was in a hurry what with the temp in the mid-80's and two dogs in the car. Windows were down but it doesn't help in the humidity. The nicest part of the whole trip isn't as much about the store because I've always liked that particular Sav A Lot. Usually better sales than the one in Dunkirk. It just so happened that I ran into a friend I haven't seen in almost eight years and she was working there as a cashier. She didn't recognize me immediately without any makeup on at all but I recognized her and it made my day. This probably want one of my better reviews but there's only so much to be said about a grocery store. With the price of food what it is, it's a miracle that I managed to say anything pleasant.”
“This is our family’s favorite Dollar General. Not because any of the products or store layout are different or better, but because the people who work there. We agree 200% with previous reviewers in saying that the cashiers and workers within the store are AWESOME! The team at this Dollar General should be in charge of training all Dollar General teams! They are very helpful, make you laugh, explain products, and SMILE. Seems like little things but they mean so much to your customers, especially considering the world in which we live today. THANK YOU FOR BEING SO COOL!!!”

“Cute little Tops grocery store, great alternative to Savalot's limited selection. It is small, so dont expect the selection you see in their larger stores, like Dunkirks for example. It is clean and the staff was friendly.”
“Everything is always fresh and there is a large variety of choices. If you catch sales not too bad, but overall to expensive this day and age to shop there completely for all groceries and home supplies.”
