They were nice but I told her I wanted RED something sort of natural, but still VIBRANT and she left me with an ugly color that you can barely tell the difference between red brown and purple hair that makes me look so washed out it’s ridiculous - For reference, I walked in there blonde, and still not as washed out- I left the salon crying and haven’t stopped since

The worst choice for a haircut!! I showed her with photos that I wanted a Bob style cut, and apart from cutting it super short she left it straight. She told me that she was going to fix it but there was no way after cutting it that short. The lady is super unprofessional, if she doesn't know how to do something it's better to say I can't and that's it!She charged me $60.00 for this, so bad owner!

Showed her where I wanted my hair to be cut up to and cut it way way shorter than asked (cried in my car cause of how much I hated it) and then charged me $12 for a leave in conditioner that I never asked for. Now I don’t trust anyone with my hair thanks to this place

Not only did I love my haircut, Francesca went the extra mile to talk about the health of my hair and suggested I see my doctor to see if I'm low on certain vitamins that affect my hair - something I never considered! This is something literally no one else ever suggested to me. Francesca was kind, professional, and went that extra mile for me. I could tell she cared about more than just cutting my hair. I haven’t gotten a haircut in a long time & Francesca did a fabulous job. She knew the haircut to give me for the shape of my face. She also recommended a vitamin treatment. That made my hair silky. I will be going back soon for highlights. This is my new salon ❤️
