If i could give this 711 a no star i would very dirty place to be going into early in the mornings its 4/10 but late during the day the staff is very dangerous and nasty do not recommend coming here to buy anything I saw the owner of the store fighting with curse words horrible owner must beware

This location doesn’t honor any promotional signs. The owner is hard headed. There are other 711 locations within 5 min that listen to the promotions the company offers. Better to go to one of them.

Went in for free slurpee for me and my daughter and was so disrespected by the old man at the register. Been doing free slurpee day for years. I was on way back from dentist so stopped at a different 7-11. When I went up to cashier he kept mumbling something about I needed a number to get it or I had to pay $3.59. Couldn't understand what he was talking about then he says "what you don't understand English" real nasty. I turned to the line forming behind me and ask if anyone understood him. No one did. He made me leave the slurpees and leave because I refused to pay on free slurpee day. I stopped at my another 7-11 walked in waved to cashier left no issues. This guy's mad at life. Found out later this year they started with an app but he was the only one asking for it, everyone else punched in a code.

The pizza is ALWAYS cooked correctly. They have never given me a burnt pizza. The service is always quick and friendly.

I have never dealt with a more rude cashier anywhere. There is an old guy that works here who is beyond obnoxious. I would sooner drive 5 miles out of my way before ever going here again.

Terrible. Got sick because no one cleans the tubing for the iced coffee from the tap.Food will be there all day and they won't throw away.Coffee is not fresh and they wont even refill the most used ones.

There’s two young guys that are the cashiers and overcharged us and gave $10 less in change. Upon returning they had a very ugly attitude. Called the cops and they returned the overcharged $$.

They have stuff 7/11 sells I don't know why people dislike this 7 eleven so much I think it's just as good as any other 7/11 people are just whiney babies

WORST 7-ELEVEN EVER! Live nearby, like down the block, but WILL NEVER GO HERE AGAIN. Terrible management and owner. When I fell on their ice they did not clean, manager and owner were completely uncaring. Went to urgent care, but only sprained thumb. Should have sued. Of course, their cameras don't work - or so they say. Their store is always out of little things like lids, certain cups, etc. The folks tell you, just try and use something else. When the app halfway works and shows you paid but does not make the sound on self checkout, they argue you did not pay and will not even look at the app. AVOID THIS PLACE. Go 15 seconds to the one opposite Shop and Shop.

No friendly service at all. I said hello and no response. Just watching me as I walk in. I buy four bags of ice, all the person says is the price, not offered bags no thank you no you're welcome, no convo no smile no receipt. I still say thank you and nothing. Then he walks off after taking cash and giving change. I had much better service at the gas station in Wyandanch.

Coffee is always old and expired you think your getting a deal but the food your getting is expired overpriced at this location and it looks like they allow their workers to use drugs stay away go to the 7-Eleven right down the road
