Upon speaking with her over the phone during our 1st conversation i immediately felt relieved and comfortable. She set up and appointment for us and we went in and she helped us through the entire process Including the online setup and passwords.”

“Sorry...I am going to say it...Best Bank in the World...the people there really care about their customers. My son had passed away 4 years ago and had no life insurance...my daughter-in-law didn't have enough money to pay for a funeral and asked me for help but I did not have enough money either. I did not know who to turn to...I was 72 years old at the time but still working (part time). I was desperate...who would help me? A few years earlier I did purchase a van for working and financed it thru Canandaigua National Bank...my credit was not the best...but they gave me the loan...by then I had some equity in the van and thought maybe I could refinance it if I explained what I needed the money for. And God Bless them...they said yes! I got $5000 on the van...that is the very best service a person can get...the staff at the bank...tellers...managers...loan officers...customer service people have always been very helpful...patient ...polite...never rude. I would recommend them highly...I will never leave my bank CNB God Bless you and thank you...I will never forget your kindness.”
