Purchased a pair of shoes 6 mo ago and they are falling apart. I tried to contact their care email for assistance but no one responded. I'll update if I hear back.

I purchased these shoes, wore them 3 times and they began falling apart. Contacted customer service and they never bothered to respond

I bought a pair today. The padding in the shoes has molded to my arches. I love the sturdy tab in the back of the shoe. Really cute and comfortable.
