This place is very chaotic and has very few if any scooter for people with less mobility. I had to wait over 40 minutes on a weekday. I think I’ll go somewhere else next time.

The supercenter was good. The aisles that were supposed to have underwear and undershirts were mostly empty, but they had everything else I needed. Would never go back to their auto center.

Use the Walmart app where you can scan bar code of products to get price. Many many times prices of items vary from what is shown on shelf label.

If you go early you are forced to use self-checkout. The machines very often double charge you for numerous items. If you catch it you have to get an associate to correct it and that can take time. If you don't catch it, it is near impossible to get it corrected after the fact because their customer service is not open and even if it is, there could be a long line. If you try to contact them, there is no way to send an email to customer service, so you have to connect with them by phone. This is very problematic since most associates are very hard to understand and they are very limited with what they can do. They will refer the case to a supervisor who is supposed to call you, but that simply does not happen, even though they will tell you that they did call you, but your phone log will have no record of it, so they simply lie. Was giving them a lot of business, but not anymore.

The Vision Center is the best.
They’re very professional, courteous and provide great service. I’ve been getting my prescription glasses here for years and will continue to do so.
