Went and upgraded a phone and a tablet today. Hus annd Bobby attended to me and was a real gentleman. He was knowledgeable, helpful and a pleasure to deal with. He knew the plans, he knew the devices and explained that changing a couple of things on my plan actually saved me a little on my monthly payment. Will definitely be using this location again.

Easiest experience I’ve ever had at a Verizon store. The two young clerks were super knowledgeable and very professional. Fixed my problem and had me out the door in minutes.

Bobby immediately greeted me upon entering the store and asked me how he could help me. I showed him my phone and he explained all of my options for repair and or getting a new phone. He was kind, helpful, and kept me smiling throughout the process. I left the store with a new phone. If you need help with your phone, visit this location! Bobby is professional and respectful.
