John, Kevin, and Bobby are people I see almost daily. Our business relies heavily on the service they provide for us. Time and time again they've been timely, friendly, and courteous. In the seldom instances in which there was an issue with a package, (unrelated to them) they actively followed up and ensured I was taken care of. They are an excellent service and I believe they're integral to the everyday workflow of DCD Plainview. UPS is lucky to have these guys and this customer center. Professionals through and through.

I've been waiting for my packages since 8 AM today. They were supposed to arrive between 1:45 and 5:45... yesterday. I get a notification on my phone at 11:18 yesterday morning - a delivery attempt was made. I spent the entire morning camping out waiting for this delivery, yesterday and now today, and I never heard a single knock at my door. It is 5:52 as I write this. I know deliveries stop at 7:00 at night so that gives this driver an hour or so to actually make this delivery. I'm starting to suspect it's not going to happen. This is incompetence. If the employees of UPS are going to rely on automated systems they'd better make sure the systems reflect accurate information, and if not then they need to take more responsibility for delayed shipments. A 1:45 to 5:45 does not mean I should be expecting my package at 11 in the morning. I've done my part. UPS has not. Shameful.

One of worst services ever I had. That guy who's working over there the guy who works there is very rude to customers, this happened to me for the third time already, I left there pissed off and angry because he didn't want to help me

I had purchased a Ac from Costco which it was ship via Ups . It was supposed to be delivered on Saturday then kept sayin customer requested change on delivery date which i never did called several times they kept saying oh will be delivered today never came & called ups the couldn’t find it ? then i received a called if i was willing to pick up & which i did smh !!!

At some point, I have to think it’s just laziness? Because how does Amazon, FedEx, and the postal service never have an issue with my address, but somehow every ups package is unable to be delivered due to a wrong address, that is my address. This is the third holiday that I won’t get a package delivered because someone at ups couldn’t be bothered to type in my address correctly.

Came here today for the first time. I didn’t realize you could drop off packages here but when I realized I could it was of great convenience. The staff in the customer center were very helpful and friendly. I recommend this facility for package shipping.

Absolutely awful. Package never arrived Started claim. Denied it. Said they had proof of delivery. No picture. Forever on the phone to try to get a result. Days later item arrived after the event. Use fed ex!

My delivery driver left a note since our pkg needed an adult signature, I called them and was advised I could pick it up at the counter. It was already there when I arrived. Didnt have to wait on any line and the employee was professional, very courteous and I spent less than 5 minutes total picking up our Ipad.

I didn’t get their names but the 2 guys that were working here today were really the most kind and helpful people. They turned my otherwise horrible day around. They didn’t need to be so kind and helpful, but they were. Thank you for not only helping the world toDeliver packages, but going out of your way to put a smile on strangers faces.
