Wish I looked at reviews first! They are a scam, will give you a good quote and then try to scam you on your moving day. Tried charging me almost 50% higher than the estimate. Can’t get any lower than this. Don’t do business with them!

Latiff, Rob, and Devon. Delivered my entire home with ease and were real professionals. I just want to say thank you to Latiff who went out of his way when they forgot my surround speaker and he called me the following morning to tell me he had the item and he delivered it to my families home. Now that is customer service. Tri state is lucky to have employees like this. Great job and thank you to these guys!

Please please believe the reviews that share a horrific fraudulent experience of being scammed by this company. We thought maybe people were inexperienced with moving or exaggerating. I assure you they were not. The price from quote to move tripled, including tons of hidden fees and service charges just as others said. They also cheated us out of our deposit and changed the hourly fee after arrival. The actual movers did a good job. However the cost was absolutely illegal and fraudulent.

I wish I could give this place 0 stars. Don’t ever use these people. All liars and just take your money. Been waiting for my stuff for days now after they said they would be here Sunday, than they “forgot” about us than supposed to come Monday and never showed than Tuesday and never showed now it’s Wednesday and I need to fly out to college and all of my stuff is in their hands. Save ur money and go far away from this company.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY… they will rob you and damage your property… I’m currently talking to my attorney about the damages this company did to my house and after speaking to management of the company, they did not want to make this issue right and ignored me for 2 years now… THEY Ruined my whole house, that costed me thousands of dollars to fix

This company is a scam. Do not hire them. We were quoted $730 when we originally called in April. Upon delivery the price changed and we now have to pay $1600. Movers do not remove items from the truck until they are paid the full amount. They do not take Zelle or Cash app, only cash. The two guys that came did a good job, however this company is committing fraud.

This “family” company operates a bait and switch scam. Unless you want to battle these bottom feeders in court, stay away. THE QUOTE THEY PROVIDE WILL BE OFF BY A TON (DESPITE THEM COMING BEFORE HAND TO CONFIRM THE JOB/ITEMS BEING MOVED) THEN THEY HOLD YOUR BELONGINGS HOSTAGE UNTIL YOU PAY THE NEW COST THAT THEY MAKE UP. Sketchy, Unethical, and I am sure ILLEGAL business practices, stay away from this company.

Worst moving company ever!! They tell you the wrong price and the charge you double. Broke a lot of my kitchen utilities and also they stole 2 computers monitors!
Staff is rude and very unprofessional.

The process of setting up an in-home quote was extremely quick and easy. Elaine confirmed all my information and set me up with an appointment that worked. However, the person who was supposed to do the end home estimate was approximately one hour late as where the movers. I was in subject to a fee. That was almost double what I was originally quoted. my items arrive two days late. It took three months to completely resolved two items that were missing, including a desk and support beam to my bed.

Kyle, Sanchez, and Vinny- 6/26/2024- they helped me with a one bedroom move from Lake Grove to Mineola during the summer. It was hot and they were able to efficiently move everything and re-organize it for me given there was an elevator involved. They handled my monitors carefully. It was very helpful.

Ultimate SCAMMERS!!! Photos attached. After 2! Walkthroughs, was quoted between $7k-$8k. After they packed all of our stuff they told us it would be $18k!!!!!!! (Changed it to $15.7k to be “nice.” Not only that, they broke over $5k worth of our stuff and stole our tool set (pictured) and my son’s new bicycle he got from his great grandfather for Christmas. We paid *Extra* for insurance and come back with a $50 settlement. Stay away. Happy to share videos of them admitting to scamming! Message me and I’ll be happy to share : ) I hope they get everything they deserve….
