I brought our RV in to TLC Truck and Auto repair for an inspection. I have got to say these honest, stand up men took great care of my RV and us. My wife and I a happy we brought our RV here.

Dropped vehicle off the night before I left for Jamaica. Received a link while I was away for me to approve work. Approved work and returned from my week vacation to find out the work wasn’t started yet. After about two weeks I go to pick up the vehicle. New battery was dead because lights were left on. Drivers door wan bent out of position from someone using it as a railing to hop in and out of my Hummer. The hood rods would not hold the hood open. Both were bad but was good when I dropped the vehicle off. After I got the vehicle back it was making sounds when I break or turn. I took it to Mavis to find out that the breaks were swapped. I just got new front breaks a month before my service appointment at TLC Auto. So basically they took new parts from my vehicle and gave me bad parts. Mavis guy asked if my vehicle was sitting for months. I said no, I use it daily. He said looking at the vehicle it looks like it was sitting for a while. They know me here and have serviced my vehicle for over 10 years. Paid just under $5,000 for work on my Hummer at TLC Auto Repairs..Never Again!

TLC tld us the engine on our 14 Jeep Cherokee was blown and needed a complete rebuild to my son, who is deaf. Nope. Avoid at all costs. ALL COSTS AVOID.

Honest and Professional! I am so glad to find TLC Auto & Truck repair. The staff provides excellent service. The mechanics are very efficient, making repairs in a timely manner. The staff are friendly and understanding. A special shout out to Eli and Jacob they are both excellent communicators. They provide clear information about the status of your repair with frequent updates. The cost of repairs are extremely fair. I recommend TLC Auto without hesitation. Job well done TLC.

Had a check engine light problem with my car for a long time and took it to many auto shops for a solution but found no luck. Brought my car to TLC and they were able to find the root cause of the problem and now I’m back on the road driving with no worries. Great auto shop to get work done, THE RIGHT WAY. Highly recommend ??

I would not take my truck and car anywhere else! This shop is reliable and honest, you can’t find that honesty anywhere else. My car is serviced within a reasonable amount of time even when I had to add brakes to the job! Hands down the best shop I know across the island!?

Honestly these reviews are misleading and I am convinced these are bots that was hired to post positive reviews. We paid over $700 for a quick regenerative restart and diagnostics (which likely the diagnostics didn't take more than 10 minutes judging by what the mechanic in flushing told me, see next paragraph for more info.). They took advantage of my father's desperation to get his work van fixed, and it's obvious why the van wasn't fixed.
Went to another mechanic in flushing, and apparently from what he told us, the van wasn't even touched or cleaned out properly as TLC claimed - they just restarted the engine with a software. They didn't even bother to inspect the clogged butterfly valve that should of been found in their diagnostic in the first place - which other mechanics (that's not part of TLC) found. And that was over $700. Incredibly dishonest and we not be coming back.

TLC guys was very thorough with finding the root issue of my car. This is the first time I have experienced such phenomenal service! They found the issue amongst other issues that needed addressed and now, I am back on the road! I thank these guys for their service and skills! You kept this visiting nurse's car going! There are not enough THANK YOU'S to be said! I will definitely be using TLC for any car!

Brought my suv in for an ac issue. Pete and the guys were excellent in communicating what my truck needed and when it would be complete. Got my truck back and ac felt just like it did when it was new. Will be highly recommending them to friends and family.

AMAZING! I had so much wrong with my car and Eli and Victor kept me very well informed on each step being taken with my car, making sure I understand what was being done.
