I was initially hesitant to go with The Floor Store - I had received an estimate from a chi-chi north shore carpet store I had used several times in the past which, even after all of their additional “promos” and “discounts”, was roughly 25% higher for the identical carpeting. How could this be? Yes, it could be! The carpeting is beautiful, the installation flawless (they even surprised me by making me several additional mats!), and Nancy, Fred, Elyse and Richard(?) were patient, professional and a pleasure to deal with. And I saved $4,000.00! I cannot recommend them highly enough. Thank you, Floor Store!

Carpet Installation was excellent. Owner hands on. Have install costs written on sales document in advance with number of stairs included in cost to avoid final expense surprise.

Major selection of flooring ideas & samples . Some you can take home to see how they look under your home conditions (lighting , etc) . Business owner was on site while we were there . The staff was truly helpful in assisting us try to decide which color we were going to use & the quality of each sample we looked at .

The Floor Store came highly recommended by our neighbors. Like our neighbors, we too were very pleased with the knowledgeable, friendly staff & wide selection of choices. Once ordered, the flooring arrived in a timely manner. It was professionally installed by a respectful crew.After installation we did experience an issue that The Floor Store addressed to our extreme satisfaction. The Floor Store gave the issue their personal attention. We always felt as if they had our backs.We wholeheartedly recommend The Floor Store for your flooring needs.

Really good prices and service on a hardwood flooring order. Both the salesperson and the owner were very easy to work with. They had a great price and didn't gouge on delivery charges like other companies do.

Great store. Staff was excellent, took the time to explain flooring and choose what was best for my use and budget. Installation was done by a truly professional staff that did an excellent job. I was going to go to home depot, but glade I stopped in and made the right choice. Besides the quality of the product being better for a better price. The installation which is just as important was correctly done. Highly recommend this store.

I don’t like doing this, but I think people should be aware before shopping there. I purchased a carpet for my bedroom. Fred assured us that was good quality and would not show footprints and hold up very well. Not true! The carpet is one year old and it looks awful. I had a claim with the manufacture a year ago. They declined then. The floor store is showing no responsibility. Very poor customer service . No response from them.

Having had a good experience with a business is a good reason to return to that business. We purchased laminate flooring a few years ago from the Floor Store and were very happy with the installation. So, we went back to the Floor Store for stairway carpeting knowing that not only the selection of carpets would be expansive but that the installers would do a professional job. So glad we did because our stairs look fabulous. The owner and staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. Highly recommend them.

The staff here are incredibly helpful and patient. They were willing to bend over backward and continued to work with me throughout a project until our i’s we’re dotted and t’s crossed. Aside from their customer service, they are extremely knowledgeable on the craft and materials. From measurements to install to any problem solving along the way the process was a pleasure and install turned out absolutely beautiful. Thank you!

Just sharing my experience, if you have time to be waiting for any projects you have at home then this is the right place, they are extremely slow and seems when you are taking to them it feels like they are doing you a favor, long story short paid in full on August 24th, 2021 and still haven't finish 10 stairs and 1 platform, why? delays with the shipment, don't have the installers be on time, more material needed. I just finish taking to them and now I am pushed to October 16th.By the way, here is a way to find out if they know about customer service, ask them, what would your expectation be if you were in my shoes? the answer " I don't know". one more thing, with the time spend on this project you would say that all is perfect, guess what, one of stairs is already coming out. I don't recommend this store at all.
