Had a big boost leak on my F10 & could not sort the issue. Gave Selvin a call and he diagnosed my issue within 5 minutes, had the part ordered for the job, & my car back to me in a few hours. Very communicative and helpful with understanding the issue on your vehicle. Highly recommended.

There is customer service, and then there is professionalism in service. Scott the owner took my call without me even being a customer, while being on his lunch break! He exemplifies professionalism and friendliness in service, and helped me decide on buying a vehicle they serviced. As a result, when needed in the future … I am also going to be a customer.

The Bimmer Shop saved me when I needed them the most. Scott is a great personable guy who handled everything while I was out of town. He even came to my house to put my car in neutral and dropped my car off after everything was finished. I cannot recommend The Bimmer Shop enough for your BMW needs!

Decided to use them for my 2004 E46 M3 SMG to manual swap after reading reviews and meeting Scott. Ordered the kit from AMS Autogroup.
While process took longer than expected, I was in no rush. I was told that they had not done this in a while so I was patient and wanted them to make sure it gets done right.
Car drives fine. Shifting into 1 and 2 isn’t fluid but gets better over time. Reverse gear was hard, but that’s gotten a bit better.
Ran into some issues, that frankly should have been checked. Daytime running lights weren’t working so I had to go back to get them fixed.
A bolt in the clutch pedal area came loose while driving and I have not gotten any response from Scott on this.
Passenger mirror doesn’t tilt on reverse, cruise control doesn’t work and reverse sensors don’t work. AMS kit had harnesses for these, but they may not have been connected. I was told that they’d look into this and get back and it’s been over a month. No response from Scott after multiple texts and calls.
I have been very patient during this whole process and I am disappointed at how Scott has handled this.
Find a different place.

Just want to thank Scott and the crew for doing a great job on my 2014 535. They diagnosed and fixed a problem my regular mechanic thought I needed to go to the dealership to fix. They send detailed video explaining the problems, very professional. They did the job quickly and for what I believe to be a very fair price. The car was cleaner on the inside when I picked it up then when I dropped it off. Thanks again guys I highly recommend.

When a person buys a car they buy it for its looks, its performance and possibly the prestige. I’m a Bimmer girl, third one now, but this car is the first one that I’ve had long enough that I needed a new battery. I avoided the dealership, because I really did not want to pay an arm and a leg. I called different shops, advanced auto, and all places I could think of and at that moment I realized how difficult my BMW battery is to change and register ( a thing I really didn’t know about) after speaking to my brother he told me about the BIMMER SHOP! With a name like that you think hmmm this may be where I need to take my car. I called, and my call was taken right away, I gave the pertinent information and I was also quoted the best price for my battery& registration of battery, I would have you to know he gets the batteries straight from BMW service centers. The job was straight forward, a clean job was done and in a hour my car was back to her old glory. My take aways: Every customer is important and it’s shown when you call and are in person. The Bimmer shop is amazing and the Bimmer shop knows what they are doing.As a woman I sometimes feel like I’m getting taken for a ride, not at the Bimmer Shop, at the Bimmer Shop I felt confident of their work and the price I paid.Thank you for taking cake of my car!You have a customer in me!I pray you will see a tenfold increase in profit this year!Thank you again!Chanel ✨
