There was a new boss 2 weeks ago, the old staff are still working here, it has changed a lot, there are many new staff, very surprised, everyone is very nice, I will tell my friends to come here and enjoy their spa!! And there are great deals! They do a good job, too, and I enjoy getting my nails done here. the best nail salon in farmingdale

I would give this place 3.5 stars. I’ve been there two times. The first time was great the nail tech was really attentive and careful with my manicure, great experience. The second time was a very different experience. I had an appointment and was told I still had to wait so it doesn’t seem they prioritize appointment times. They were busy so my manicure was rushed and paint was streaky. She was buffing my nails and wasn’t paying attention which caused her to buff my skin (hurts like a paper cut). The place is clean and techs are nice but I do wish they would be more attentive to appointments and less distracted.

Jason did a hard gel nail extensions with beautiful flower accents. He was gentle with my hands, and very attentive. I don't remember the last time I was this satisfied. Worth the investment

I have been going here for a long time and am staying loyal through the owner change. Helen is back on Sundays and it was such a pleasurable experience! My nails look amazing. I had a gel manicure.

Terrible nail job, my nail fell off after getting a fill in and they charge me $5 to fix it and the lady didn’t know how to put the acrylic on and the nail is bulky and crooked…they are stealers and take advantages of customers! Do not go and I do not recommend at all!!! Left nail glue all over and didn’t even know how to file it down. Horrible and greedy customer service! They are liars I have my receipts to prove and instead of making the situation better they made it worse and customers in the store were actually telling me that I was right and what they did was so wrong!!! The pictures tell it all I don’t even need to explain it! They need to get educated in the nail business as well as customer service!

My mom and I have been going to sunny nails for about 5 years. The staff is lovely, attentive, kind and thorough.
Anna does my nails, and they always come out amazing. Steve does my medicines and does amazing foot massages.
The newly renovated salon looks amazing. The massage pedicure chairs feel great and everything is spotless.
Although under new ownership the owner is always present and extremely nice and caring!
I won’t ever go anywhere else
