I've been a customer since Mark designed and installed my system in 2012. He was responsive to changes I've made in my landscaping over the years, his pricing remains reasonable, he is punctual and professional. I tried a different company for one season last year and decided to return to Sun Irrigation. That is the best endorsement a customer can make.

We have been customers of Sun Irrigation for over 13 years. We recommend them highly!!Their responsiveness is prompt and the quality of work is top notch. Debbie is a pleasure on the phone if I have any issues and Mark makes it a point to arrive at the scheduled time and is always efficient. We recently had Mark install a remote control for our sprinkler system and I look forward to an efficient water system in the future.

We’ve been using SUN irrigation for a few years now, and not only are they reliable and professional, but they are also super easy to work with - they always return my calls quickly and manage to fit me in around my own crazy schedule. Once, I had to cancel an appointment to take my son to the doctor and when Debbie called back to reschedule the appointment, she asked how he was doing - so sweet. Highly recommend!

Been using this company for years and the owner was very nice for the most part, but this year I've called them several times to turn my irrigation system back on. I was told several times that they were very busy, and finally today I was told they do not want me as a customer anymore which is rather unfortunate.I paid a few thousand dollars for them to replace the on/off valve for my system a few years back and have been paying them without question for years so I'm highly disappointed with how things have become.While for the most part they had been very good, it seems they are no longer a trustworthy company. I called them back to clarify on the not-a-customer anymore and it seems they don't even recognize me, claiming they didn't do any of the work they did.All signs point to unprofessionalism so I would stay away from them going forward.Service: Irrigation system repair & maintenance

Customer service is the #1 reason why I would never recommend Sun Irrigation. Called 2 weeks ago to make an appt, woman told me they were SLAMMED and couldn't make it until today, 6/3. Well, it's June 3rd as I type and no one is coming today. I called and left 2 voice mails to ask for the technician's eta. Nothing. I took a chance and called a 3rd time...woman finally picks up. When I tell her I've been trying to call and left voice mails, her response was, "yea you, and a hundred other people." Then, instead of putting me on hold, hangs up on me bc the "owner was calling her." I was only attempting to hire this company because the previous seller of the house I just bought used them. You're not the only ticket in town, Sun Irrigation...So if this is your best first impression for someone trying to give you their business, it's time to reconsider hiring a new dispatcher.

Just to update: this company continues to provide great service and is there when you need it. We discovered our sprinkler control box had failed - and we only noticed when our lawn started dying. Spoke to Mark (the owner) yesterday morning and he was there in the afternoon. Problem now fixed! This is the kind of service that generates loyalty.
