Working with Stephanie has been an absolute joy. She is kind and thoughtful and very quickly understood my aesthetic and vision. She furnished my NYC apartment mixing both contemporary design, nature, and art. She’s also in the process of redesigning my art gallery in NYC. She is not just an interior designer, but a curator. Thank you Stephanie! You made the last few months so fun and enjoyable.

If I could give this company negative stars, I absolutely would! I ordered 3 ceiling fans on May 18th and was sent an email order confirmation that my order would ship in 7-10 days. Unfortunately, that time passed and I had no shipping notice and no update from Stephanie Cohen Home. I sent a follow up email and got an automatic response that my email would be answered with 2 business days (it also advised not to email multiple times because that just delayed the response time). That should've been my first clue this wasn't going to end well. I did get a response that their vendor is delayed so I get a new timeline. I asked if there could be any discount, refund or credit for them not meeting their timeline. Their answer was a flat no, not even a consideration. In fact, their next comment was to ask if I wanted to cancel my order.Such a warm feeling that they care about their customer experience. I elect to keep my order so again I wait. That next stated time passes and again, no update or shipping notice. I send an additional email for an update. Their 48 hour response window passes with no rule. An additional 24 hours passes with no results. Finally after 72+ hours of being ignored, again, I send an email stating I either want immediate shipping confirmation or an immediate refund. Keep in mind, this is 30 days after my initial order and my order confirmation said my items would ship within 7 to 10 days. The next day I had 2 emails.... one noting my order had been canceled and one noting my refund. What was unbelievable to me is that both were an auto generated email.... not a single response from the company apologizing for what happened or the delay, not a single attempt to retain me as a customer or anything. What absolute HORRIBLE customer service!! I would rather pay double or triple the cost if I can be treated as a valued customer. So, I found my fans from another vendor, and what a miracle.... they were delivered with 4 freaking days!! Stay far away from this company!!

They made our whole furnishing experience very easy! Everyone at the store was very helpful and they have amazing taste. I am so happy I found Stephanie Cohen Home. They are well priced, helpful, and only have the nicest product! When I walked in I was greeted by a man named Max. He was an absolute pleasure to work with. He helped me design my home from start to finish. Everyone in there always has a smile on their face! I can't wait to go back and see them all again.

Not only is Stephanie a gem of a person, but the entire Cohen family was such a pleasure to work with. By the end of our furnishing process, I was begging them to adopt me! ;) Be sure to ask for Maximillion too- he’s a joy!

It was such a pleasure working with Benny. We walked into the showroom overwhelmed trying to figure out what we wanted and what we needed. He took the time to get to know us enough that he could make suggestions that would work for our life style, our space, and in our budget. We purchased a bedroom set that is simply perfect! We will be heading back soon to furnish our living room. Highly recommend!!

I walked into the store completely lost/not able to figure out what I wanted that would fit into our price range. Benjamin helped me find bedroom furniture that ticked the aesthetic and quality we were looking for within our budget.Thank you for all your help, Benjamin! ZERO stars!!!I had ordered a dresser and it was suppose to be delivered a month out. Two months later, no furniture, I called to check in and they said it would be an additional 3-4 weeks. I was upset at this point because I had to call and figure out the status of my dresser. No one emailed/called/texted prior to my phone call out to inform me about any additional delays. Due to the poor customer service, I asked for a full refund and they said that they were going to keep the delivery fee because it was partially delivered but in a warehouse somewhere. That is not my mistake, someone should have notified me so I believe I am entitled to a full refund. I spoke to a manager who was rude and FAR from customer service oriented and did not know how to rectify the situation, just made everything worse.Do yourself a favor and take your business elsewhere, because Stephanie Cohen Home just wants to scam people out of their money.***READ ALL poor reviews on YELP about how shady this company is, I wish I did!!

I had a terrible experience doing business with this place. I ordered a console table months ago. It's been paid in full. The table never arrived. I called a couple of times only to get vague information as to the status of the delivery. I finally called and said enough was enough and demanded a full refund. They need to have better record keeping and tracking of orders to ensure that customers receive the items they've paid for. This was unacceptable and I will never buy anything from here again.

I received a headboard with damage. After discussing the issue with them and explaining I did not want it to be returned because it is huge and I had to take off work for the delivery etc. they finally gave me 15% back (300 of 1500 so i still paid 1100 for a cosmetically damaged headboard) and told me they would locate a repair person for the trouble. Great I though! Works for both of us and I only have to take off once. After that they completely ghosted me and haven’t responded to any emails in the past 6 months asking about that part of the deal (they told me they would do this if I would take the review down- so be weary of that). Very bad business practice.

Wow, I'm surprised at the 6 reviews here! One five star and some one stars! Most people just like to leave bad reviews and never bother with the good experiences. I received a magazine called Perigold in the mail. I saw several pieces of furniture that I loved but they were so expensive. I went online and this site came up so I gave them a call. A very knowledgeable gentleman named Benny answered the phone, called me back several times, gave me good prices, and quoted a long period of time for delivery. I have been in the furniture business over the past 30 years and I know an honest sales person when I hear one. The nightstands are taking three months and the bed is taking six months because it is custom upholstered and coming from the east coast, not china .It is not the fault of the retailer and I respect their honesty. after reading a couple of their bad reviews I am hoping that many people had a bad experience during Covid and that everything will be as Benny says. So far my experience has been top notch. I will let you know if my five Stars hold up after delivery.

I moved to Palm Beach from Winter Park Florida and ordered a china cabinet from this company. Once I moved in, I discovered the cabinet was too large for the space I needed and would not fit. After some back and forth, Mr. Benny and I were able to get on the same page and I received a full refund. This is a reputable company who brings forth correct action even when they don't get a sale. I am fully satisfied with the service I was given.

I would give this company zero stars of it was possible. Terrible service...mirror was received damaged and they refused to replace it. They offered me a replacement mirror but I had to pay 50% of the original cost....!

Shady as they come. Goods for sale not in stock and they go silent after payment. Do yourself a favor and buy through a real company. Who sells stuff not in stock without letting you know before purchase?
