On the app, they had a promo for 3 fillups where essentially, you could get 25 cents off per gallon for simply putting in your rewards phone number. Well I had 2 out of the 3 fillups left when I came here, put in my card and it just wouldn't read my card. My card was in the slot for almost 2 minutes while the pump told me to not remove my card. After nothing happened, I took my card out and tried again. Re-entering my phone number again used up the last of my 3 fillups and when I tried again, the same issue happened. So now I have no gas while using up my last 2 promos. Decided to back up to another pump and while it did actually read and authorize my card, I couldn't figure out how to actually get the gas to come out since I'm apparently an imbecile. After a while, it cancelled the sale since I exceeded the time limit. I left and went to the gas station across the street. Inserted my card (the same card), pressed the button for the octane I wanted and the gas came out, and I was literally in and out in 3 minutes. This was my first time coming to the Speedway here and also my last but if it wasn't for the bad pumps at this Speedway, I would have never discovered the Mobil right across from it (I usually always fill up at Speedways). The Mobil across the street was also 10 cents cheaper for premium, not sure why anyone is wasting their time fiddling with the pumps at the Speedway. Losing a potential customer for life simply because your pumps suck is kinda crazy imo.

Count your lottery ticket make sure charged corrrctly, always cash out first before ordering new tickets

Last week I made a complaint that the pump was super slow and the morning manager said it was normal, that my complaint was meaningless, after reviewing it and using the video they took it into consideration and fixed it.

the old man there literally scams people out of gas on SEVERAL OCCASIONS so please make sure you double check your gas when you shop here.

Went with my daughter to get gas. She prepaid at the pump, the man then proceeded to cancel the transaction and told her she pushed a button at the pump that caused it to cancel. He ran her card again and said the first one would cancel out. It never did and she spent months fighting with this manager and chase to get her money back and was unable to. The manager finally told her to come in and he would give her a refund. She gave her card and guess what, it never showed in her statement. She finally had to take the loss. I don’t know if it has happened to anyone else. But I believe this is what they do. I will never go back to this place again and I advise to any one to stay away from this gas station.

1 star for cash and credit price being sane and sometimes pleasant workers. Zero additional stars for malfunctioning gas machines. Pumps way too often don't accept loyalty credentials or credit card and don't provide receipts. This means I have to go inside and typically wait on line 2x at understaffed office while customers order lottery tickets etc. This has been the case for the last few months with no improvement. If it wasn't such a close location I'd never go.

Nothing speedway can do but gas is way to expensive. But something they can do is offer better bonuses to loyal customers. I always choose double gas points.
