The first couch that I got from this store lasted us for many years,and we were very happy with it, but our newest purchase is very disappointing!!! We opted with something that went for firmer cushions, and our couch wasn't a year old before we had to have somebody come and look at it. The cushions were sinking in, and we were told, "Oh, this is just how it goes", but that is completely inaccurate. I have been to other people's homes with new couches, and the cushions have not done this after many years of use. The company has since come to our house 3 times because the cushions are sinking in and they're telling us that this is just how it goes and there's nothing that they can do about.We don't have small children jumping on our couch, just in case you were wondering. I will not be purchasing a couch in the future from this company.

Jeff and Ellen are wonderful. So knowledgeable. First met Jeff when I was searching for a matching loveseat recliner and sectional sofa bed. I had gone to 10 different furniture stores who assured me there was no such thing. So happy I found Jeff before giving up. He made it happen. Beautiful furniture. Reasonable prices. Great store!

Love our new sectional. It's our second from Sofabed Etc. - the first was from 27 years ago and we STILL get compliments! I especially want to than Anil and his crew who delivered it this morning. On time, professional, and careful with our home. Couldn't have been a better experience!

Jeff was beyond amazing! He was super helpful and we could not have asked for anything better. We have been to other stores and felt pressured and uncomfortable by the associates, but Jeff made us feel like we were family. He is so friendly and did not try to force us into buying anything. He let us look at our own pace and was always available when we had a question. Don't go to the big box stores, come here and ask for Jeff! Thank you for making our experience great! ?

I purchased a sectional on January 31, 2021. I finally got it in December 16 I believe. I was not happy with the "custom made couch", which cost over more than $3,000.00. There was a run in the cushion, the seams don't line up and the bottom of the recliner has a big space in between. I spoke with Jeff, and someone did come to look at the couch on December 20, I have found that in order to get answers, you have to keep calling or go to the store. (Yes, I know there was Christmas Eve, Christmas and New Year's, but there is no communication. I had to go down the third week in January to ask Jeff what the status was. And he goes, "Oh I am just waiting on one more thing". Again, as I said to him where is your communication, I had to come to your store to find out. Then Ellen, called me around January 24, saying they are getting me a new cushion and Jeff will come and put it on. It's now February 7th, haven't heard the status of when this will happen. Soon seems to be their word for everything. Good luck
