Although I try not to write negative reviews, this time I was unable to refrain. I wish I knew the older lady’s name who works there. She seemed to be having a difficult day at work. I went to remove my powder gel, and she filed my nails so deep that my own nails had lines. Later, one of my fingers was burning as she went way too close, and now I’m struggling to grow them. My nails have become quite thin, and I can see dents in them, which will take some time to fill in. I had to warn the woman twice not to trim my cuticles too close. She was in a hurry and was not giving me a break at all. I didn’t enjoy my pedicure or manicure.

I've been going here for the past 3 years. Kiki does my nails, every time I go I have to wait 20-30 mins even with an appointment that's made 3 weeks in advance. I went Monday night and sat waiting for 40 minutes and decided not to get my nails done after soaking for 25 minutes. It's unprofessional to not call and let the customer with an appointment know there's going to be a wait. Will not be retuning.

If you’re black i do not recommend coming here. They are very rude every time I come. My nails never come out as good as the people that come with me and they are always rushing. Very bad experience. Do better!

We ladies know the struggle of finding a consistent nail salon. I've been coming here for over a year now and I'm happy every time doesn't really matter who does my nails, the quality is great. I've done gel nails, pedicures, tips, powder, you name it. I've tried it. I recommend making an appointment ahead of time, and expect to wait a bit but nothing crazy after all it is a nail salon. Love this place, don't hesitate you should definitely try it.

pedicure was super rushed . not very friendly and kept badgering me to get a spa pedicure or a massage when i told them i just wanted a regular.

I recently moved to Farmingdale and had to find a new nail salon. I searched the area and this was the closest place to me with the highest reviews. I was a little nervous since every nail tech is different and I’m really picky about my nails. I booked an appointment last minute and they were able to accommodate me. Tim did an amazing job! He had great attention to detail and took his time making sure that my cuticles and nail shape were good to go. The spa pedicure was also very relaxing and the pricing is affordable. I’m so happy that I found a great place and nail tech so soon! I’ll definitely be making this my go to spot ?

Prices are decent but I asked the lady 4 times to make my nails shorter because I type a lot at work. She tells me ok ok I still file. The nails were too long I called to have them shortened they charged me $10 fine but the lady was obviously complaining about me in their language and gave me attitude the whole time and left my nails rough and oddly shaped but I couldn’t take her attitude so I just paid and left. Needless to say I will never go back there!!! So rude!!!Service: Acrylic nails
