I had a scheduled delivery appointment at Restaurant Depot for 8:00 AM, but I was not given a dock until 12:00 PM. This significant delay disrupted my entire schedule, as I had six additional deliveries to complete. Such negligence on their part makes it nearly impossible for me to maintain my delivery timeline. This kind of service is unacceptable and severely impacts my ability to conduct business efficiently.

So glad this location actually answers the phone for customers seeking product availability before traveling to the store and wasting time/gas. Dominique, thank you for being a customer service superstar! Hope your location gets Tumbi’s plantain chips soon.

I will never be returning here after the way they treated me im a dasher for doordash i went in to complete and order for a customer i found the items i needed then went to pay using the corperate card i was sent by doordash for the said items. In order for the card to work they had to scan the items first then my barcode i had on my phone for doordash to activate the credit card for the exact ammount yet they would not do it and belittled me treating me like a child mind you im 32 and they said use apple pay which i refuse to because its not my order to pay for. Train your employees vetter becayse the woman i was with only knew how to use apple pay. IF YOUR A DASHER STAY AWAY FROM HERE ?

the cashier was extremely rude she yelled at me twice, I cannot believe that is allowed, I was clearly upset I went and told someone about it and you can tell he did not really care, they were more interested on coming my item so they will let me leave the store, when someone already counted my items, I also work in retail and was by far the worse experience I ever had, Terrible service

I usually shop at the college point location which I have a great experience in. I shopped here and they accused me of putting two different things in one case.
When shopping, I had opened the case to see what is inside and then took that same case to the register to buy. It is clearly the same product but they did not believe me and insisted on getting the manager here. They had a sinister look thinking they caught me doing something but they counted the items and it came out good but still did not believe it was the same product. They told me to get another case and get back in line. It does not make sense, they must be racist and think since we are Indian that we cheated them.
How do you not see it is the same product also sunset brand?
My grandmother was with me and we stood in line for over 40 minutes to buy this one product. Why would I stand in a line that long for one item if I was going to commit thievery. She was very upset and insisted we just leave it and go.
My grandmother is very upset and never wants to come back to this location. We will never visit this location again.

Everything was going well when I came for first time shopping here and then hell broke loose when it came time to pay. The cashier was extremely nasty. She called on the manager since she did not want to serve. When the manager came, she kept screaming at her and told her not to ring our items since our membership had expired. I reminded her that why is she making it a big deal when this store openly gives day passes to anyone shopping without card. Management there sided with her and I thought this was really terrible way to deal with customer. I am not going back here again. Maybe they like earning 1star reviews

Been shopping here for a few years and usually have a pleasant experience. Today not so much. The cashier (tattoo on her neck) is by far one of the most nastiest cashiers I've ever encountered anywhere. She will certainly be the cause of many of your bad reviews. If she doesn't want to work with paying customers she needs to work somewhere in the store where she doesn't have to deal with us hardworking and loyal customers. I literally was having a great day until I had the unfortunate pleasure of dealing with her rude and nasty personality. Please put people at the register that have excellent customer service skills. She is ruining your business in the long run...trust me, I have several businesses and excellent and professional customer service has kept my clients loyal and happy every single time.

I come to this store every week for many years and shop almost 500$. First time ever I would like to return some macaroni salad. Because it was expired already when I bought them but didn’t check them when I got it. (This is my mistake) when I go back to store to do return. This guy treated me like I’m doing this every day and making money if this. They’ve told me they can take it back in 3 days after purchase date but it was expired already when I bought them. I was not happy at all because they kept telling me people do this so much. I don’t care who is doing this that happens to me first time and I need help about it. So basically customer service is terrible
