Very shady operation. Have sold vehicles still posted on website. Never answer phone always have to leave voice message and rarely calls you back. Play phone tag. Did online finance quote and told him payment plan told me where did you get that very nasty meanwhile it was on his site. Very rude and unprofessional. I very went down after my experience plus reading other customers reviews

Here you will find your "stereotypical used car salesman". As soon as you step onto their lot, you are no longer a human being but a dollar sign. After finally coming to an agreement on a used car, I spent $200.00 for Lemon Squad to perform an on-site inspection. The first attempt, the dealer told them that they were not aware that an inspection was ordered (When in fact, the salesperson/brother and I had a conversation, specifically about scheduling the on-sire inspection with Lemon Squad. Once that was straightened out, the inspector did the on-site inspection, but the dealer refused to allow the inspector to take the car for a test drive. $200.00 down the toilet. (I should have walked away right there but I did a test drive myself and I was planning on having my personal mechanic do a pre-purchase inspection anyway). Next, I put a cash deposit on the car and setup an appointment with my mechanic and the dealer to have them meet me at my mechanics shop. Of course, the dealer is a NO-SHOW! I took off from work for this, my mechanic had someone waiting and ready, plus a bay/lift reserved for this appointment. Unbelievable "Typical Stereotypical used car salesman". I guess the dealers time is WAY more important than anybody else's time. He finally calls me back while I'm at the mechanic shop with all sorts of excuses why he didn't make it "My father couldn't make it (it was originally stated that I would be meeting the father at my mechanics shop) "The guy who works for me called in sick", "my brother is out on his honeymoon" (why even bring your brother into the mix if he's been away from work?) Excuse after excuse. IF he were a true businessman, he would have driven the 10 minutes to get the car there himself. Instead he raises his voice at me as if I caused the problem. If one single person reads this and decides to take their business elsewhere, then the aggravation and wasted time on my end were well worth it. Buyer beware. Also, check BBB website for additional one star reviews besides mine

Had a great buying experience with Dan and his family. They are very honest, know how to do business and take care of a customer. Dan held to his word and the Lincoln I bought from them was all that was advertised and more. The buying experience was also seamless and I felt no stress. I would highly recommend for others to consider a used car purchase through Precision.

As a second time purchaser of a vehicle at Precision Auto, I can't say enough about the professionalism, and caring I experienced from them. Nick handled all the paper work and had my car registered and ready to be picked up in 2 days. The car was clean and in perfect shape. Thanks again and I'll be back for the third purchase when the time comes.

I got in contact with Nick at Precision auto sales looking to buy a Volkswagen they had. Upon arrival the staff members were very helpful and knowledgeable, car looked just as good as it was in the pictures. I test drove the vehicle and the following day I picked it up. Very easy and painless experience and I’m looking forward to doing more business with them in the future!

Edit: first of all you have a terrible tone second I should have looked up this company’s other one star reviews before even making the trip here and three I was willing to put down $1000 not $100 for a used Jeep Cherokee with 122k miles listed at $5k why would I put anymore down for a used up vehicle as it is. Learn to talk properly to consumers and you’d have better business and I’ll be leaving the one star review have the day you deserve.

Called about a 2006 jeep wrangler that i saw on line. Exactly what i wanted. Called them they said oh that jeep sold two weeks ago. I said they should take it off line . Someone that worked there agreed. Two weeks later i see the same jeep listed. Might not be wrong,but i question the integrity of this place. Would not recommend or buy from them

Vehicle was as advertised and in excellent condition! An 05 that drove brand new! Dan was easy to work with and has his customer’s best interests at heart. I would recommend to anyone and certainly would buy from again!

I never leave reviews for anything, but I’ll make an exception. I bought a 4 x 4 van one-of-a-kind from precision auto sales. Everything was taken care of soup to nuts paperwork. No problem. I had an issue with the truck a couple of days later without question they took the truck back. Gave it to their mechanics did whatever is necessary and got it back on my hands as soon as possible soon as possible. Very pleased with my truck and the service that was provided.

Very shady place stay away from these people. Do not put a deposit down on a car here they will not honor it . They do not know how to do business. I was told by nick that Financing is a problem for them but had a conversation with Dan yesterday saying that financing was easy and no problem. They told me I could not finance the car Then they had some woman call me and feed me more shady stuff. Don't understand why they couldn't be honest from the start and say we don't do financing lol Never have I experienced such shady stuff at a dealership. Don't waste your time here plenty of other dealerships who do good honest business
