The furniture is nice- very expensive. Spent well over 5,000 for that and a fire-pit, you would think they would have responsive and respectful customer service. We purchased the full Sanibel set and the chair is very uneven. I have been put in touch with an email for customer service (7 days ago)- still NO response. Worse, the salesperson Julia (Farmingdale) gave me a card and encouraged me to let her know if I needed anything. When I asked for help she was rude with her response. I was not surprised as I felt rushed and disrespected during the purchase of the set and should have gone to one of their other stores. I had a bad feeling with her professionalism before I left the store. I strongly recommend going to a different location! I plan to call management to share the overall experience.

The employees are very knowledgeable. There are some very interesting pieces of furniture that stand out alone and also some nice sets. Prices are reasonable

Please take heed in this review, as I had a very similar experience as others. The customer service I received from John was appalling. I see he treats many people this way. Rude and hangs up on you numerous times. We cancelled our order immediately. I can’t understand how he is allowed to keep working there. But then again I left 4 messages for the general manager (who works right there in the Farmingdale location) and receive no callbacks. The poor customer service starts at the top. Do not make the same mistake we did, shop elsewhere.

My favorite furniture place. Customer service is amazing; Jason always has great suggestions and he is very assertive. For some reason unknown to us I've had issues with a Universal Furniture dining set I bought here but Jason was gracious enough to exchange items for me at no additional cost.Will always come back and recommend.

What a joke! I ordered furniture on 1/16/22 was called that the set is in and scheduled delivery 3/12/22. When they show up they are missing a piece you received a phone call. No I didn't I would of never scheduled delivery without all the pieces. I have been calling every two weeks since then and on 4/22/22 I was told the piece is in and the delivery company will be in touch in a week. Well that never happened kept calling. Finally the delivery company calls me after I did more leg work. They scheduled me for delivery on 5/21/22. Friday afternoon got a text and phone call that I am scheduled for delivery 5pm-7pm haha funny usually it's earlier but I waited and no show no phone call. I called delivery company today and they said oh the piece is not in sorry we should of called. I said the piece has been in your warehouse since 4/22/22 and she tells me no so I call the store again and they safely it's in the warehouse. Don't waste your time and energy with this store! Oh still waiting for a call back. Oh it's made in the USA so they can't blame shipping delays. So disappointed and aggravated!

stay away from these stores! there are a few locations and all very crooked! very disgusted with these stores & their rudeness we ordered furniture and asked for it to be taken away were told to call for authorization which resulted in major run around! finally rf delivery came to pick up the furniture that by the way measurements on the site are wrong! now this is where the problem lies! we are waiting for the credit to our credit card and this has been going on since end of november 2021. never in my 22 years working for a global firm have i heard of this! how can you charge for something we do not have?????????????????? we have been given no other choice but to go to small claims court as the staff and management are. disgrace and we are tired of hearing this is a policy and that they have been in business over 40 years! diane & her henchmen should really take a customer service etiquette class! i guess they dont believe in the customer is always right! hey diane how would you feel if you were a customer and were treated like this???????????

Worst store I have ever dealt with. Do yourself a favor shop elsewhere! STAY AWAY RUDEST MOST INCONSIDERATE STORE!!!!!!! Be aware of this companies policies, the site is not accurate with measurements and the dining set was much bigger and driver said they can't take back without authorization which i called and was given. The run around and hung up on several times by a worker named Jason at the Farmingdale location and then told I had to email and that went no where I am never going to purchase anything from this store again. Paula at RF Delivery services FINALLY HAD PICK UP ON DECEMBER 16TH 2021 SEE ATTACHED PICTURE. BUT NOW PETER ANDREWS IS NOT ISSUING CREDIT SO NOW WE HAVE TO DISPUTE CHARGE WITH CREDIT CARD!

The loveseat we purchased online did not meet our expectations, especially for the price. The color did not go as well in our house as we had hoped. The material also looks dingy even though it’s brand new. When we called about returning it, the manager John was very aggressive, rude, & even hung up on us, saying ALL SALES ARE FINAL! I would NOT recommend Peter Andrews Furniture AT ALL. Now we’re stuck with this piece of furniture that we don’t want.

Worst store I have ever dealt with. Be aware of one of this companies policies, when you sign the order you will NEVER GET A REFUND! They say they will solve any problems but it will take forever. Waited 1 1/2 monthes for a dining table and chairs. Delivered with damaged leaf. Their response was to say they can only order me a whole new table with a new leaf but it would take another 2 month's. Absurd, and they totally felt they were doing me a favor! Ordered June and would be lucky if I had it by Thanksgiving. This is why they are rated so poorly.

BUYER BEWARE... I made the huge mistake of buying most of my homes pieces from this "business" I dealt with an older woman and I bought a dining room table, hutch, and matching pieces. Spent thousands of dollars and was told an estimated delivery of between 2-4 weeks.... 4 weeks later I give them a call and I'm told they have NO idea when my order will come in.. A week later they call me and say 1 of the 4 pieces are there.. but the rest of the order should be in 1-2 week the most. 3 weeks & multiple calls later nothing. After the 8th weeks and calls with the manager, and the owner my stuff comes in and they gave me 1 dinner chair free....LOL well thanks for the terrible customer experience and no table for the holidays. Thank you

Stay away! We ordered furniture for our new home in November 2020, with a estimated delivery date of April 2021. We understood the delay because of COVID and patiently awaited. When April came and went, we called the store and were told that the new delivery date would be in May. May came and went and we called and we were told June...you get the pattern here month after month. Today I was told we will be notified in August of our delivery date. Each time we communicated with the store, WE initiated contact. Not one single time did they call us to update the delivery date, despite our having put down over $1,000 in deposit in November 2020. Go to another company that actual values customers.
