WHOA...DO NOT order from Medstock. I cannot get anyone to contact me from Medstock about my recent order. After 11 times trying to call, 3 times trying to contact online, with NO results, I will now contact my credit cart company to request a refund. A person (at Medstock) says they will call back but will NOT! (Going on 4 weeks now). This isn't rocket science. New company mantra: "Medstock, We'll take y'er money, but don't expect any customer support!" This company is awful, awful, awful in customer service.

I had a similar experience to Michelle R's - I ordered masks that were identified on the website as available and then, after I sent payment, the items were never shipped and the company completely ignored my numerous attempts to obtain the status of the order. The very same thing happened to my sister who also placed a similar order around the same time. After more than a month of being blown off, I had to initiate a payment dispute with PayPal and eventually the money was returned after Medstock also failed to respond to PayPal's dispute resolution process. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS!

Do NOT order from this company!! Placed my order April 10th, money removed from my bank account, and as of today, April 20th af multiple phone calls and emails, no call backs and no updated status. Today I spoke to Monica and cancelled my order. This company takes your money but DOES NOT ship the products ordered. I repeat DO NOT bother purchasing from this company the only thing you will recieve is the run around and a whole lot of aggravation and your money held up. I Forgot to mention that prior to my order I asked if the products were in stock and was told emphatically "yes" so I placed my order and then got the run around described above.

Warning-this business will scam you! I made a nearly 250$ purchase from them 5/14/2014, and they sent me a message saying that they "couldn't fill the order" and that they would fully refund my money within a couple of days. I spent the last 6 weeks calling and emailing to ask when my money would be reimbursed, just to get vague answers about someone calling me back (they never did). It's a small company and everyone there new my situation and yet no one would help me. I finally filed a dispute with my credit card company and only AFTER they contacted them did they finally refund my money (6 weeks later). Do not use this company. They are thieves and liars. Their actions should be considered criminal.UPDATE*** turns out that the credit card company is the one that reimbursed me, not this company. So they are still basically stealing my money.
