I spent all of last week going to several different dealers looking to buy a new car. I have never bought a new car before, nor taken out a loan to finance a new car. It was a very exhausting and stressful experience. Until I went to Novak.
Walking into Novak was a breath of fresh air. The facility is immaculate and well organized. I already felt good walking in there, and then I met Scott.
I spoke and dealt with a lot of dealers and salesmen throughout the week. But nobody is as friendly, up front, approachable, likable, and down to earth as Scott. Scott is extremely knowledgeable and helpful. He answered all of my questions, spoke to me like a person, and was the only person to make me feel comfortable and confident about what I was doing. Scott was great about keeping in touch and responding to any other questions I had during the week.
Although I had other cars I was going to look at, I knew I was going to be back at Novak. Three days later, I was back with Scott and leaving in a new car.
I cannot thank Scott and the staff at Novak enough for making an intimidating and stressful process into a comfortable experience. Scott is truly an amazing human and I will always be grateful for the kindness, patience, and understanding he showed me. I will be recommending Scott and Novak to anyone who will listen.

I purchased a wrangler from Gabe about 2 weeks ago after looking for what felt like years he made the process pain free and quick there were no hidden fees anywhere the price u saw was the price you pay the entire staff was amazing

The absolute best place to buy a car! We have purchased two cars with Krissy and each experience was a pleasure. She is extremely knowledgeable about each vehicle, the financing aspect and everything needed on the DMV end. Both times it was a smooth and easy transaction- honestly she did everything! I won’t go anywhere else!

Been shopping for a very long time and this is the first dealer even though they’re not a manufacturer dealer that was the most upfront and honest with all the information I asked for including upfront fees etc.
Gabe was absolutely excellent with the sale, the price of the car was pretty much one of the lowest and most aggressively priced in the Tri-State area. It was gorgeously clean inside out. The whole showroom is sparkling clean inside out. There was no pressure, what you see is what you get with absolutely no hidden fees. They told me a trade in price, took it away from the sale price, added the tax, a nominal $175 dealer fees and dmv registration fees and that’s it. Took a while for all the paperwork etc but it was honestly the most pleasant car dealer experience evvvverr!!! Excellent job Gabe, Greg and the Novak team. Hopefully other dealers can take a few lessons from you guys on customer handling and business practices. Will recommend everyone I meet to come here

I caught one of the salespeople in a lie. Also knew a guy who used to work here who told me how they make tremendous commissions off their customers by up-selling the vehicles and chop-shopping their cars. Didn't believe they had unsavory ethics until I caught the salesperson in a lie. Sad. Only went because they had a specific vehicle I was interested in but decided against it. Hard pass from me.

my lease was ending and i was looking too buy my 2019 ram 1500 rebel truck and the bank jovia was using this company to do the paper work , the offered me a extended vehicle maintance program through a company called Endurance , the person i was dealing with lied about the service telling me i had full coverage when all i had was service for the inside my truck seats and rugs , be very carefull in this place i was lied too .

I wish no stars was an option. Save yourself the trouble and go to jeep. And don’t buy that warranty its more of a pain then anything else i should have gone to jeep. This is the worst experience ever. You will get the run around for weeks on end my car has been in the shop for 3 weeks and they don’t return calls and i have no idea when i will get my car back ?? Nor will they provide a loner. Horrible service run as possible from this place !!! Do not recommend!!!

this place is a rip off!! i financed a 2018 Honda CR-V with 30k miles on it late last year through my bank for $310/month for 72 months with 0 down. They have a 2017 CR-V car for $383/month for 72 months with $5383 down. WoW....

Bottom line, I did not buy the car from them. first off, Jerry, my sales person, was great. He was courteous, friendly, professional and did his best. He answered all of my questions and found out about the things he was not sure about. incidentally, that’s when he found out that the car I was looking at did not have several of the features listed in the online ad.
Of course at the end, you have to have a little chat with the manager and I really didn’t appreciate being told that he personally didn’t care about the features the car was lacking. he could’ve saved himself the ‘nobody’s perfect’ spiel and just made an honest apology instead. no, I wasn’t ‘sore’, just a little disappointed that I wasted my time. By the way, mansplaining is so yesterday.
