I just ran into Hercules my former branch manager from TD bank and I'm so excited to find out he's back in the neighborhood at M&T bank in East Farmingdale! Look forward to work ing with him again!

It seems the employees' minds are always somewhere else rather than at the customer in front of them. There is a creepy guy at the loan department that checks you out when you come in this branch. Definitely made feel not welcome at all. Need to improve their customer skills.
