Prices are comparable to anywhere else and they move fairly quickly but the one thing that annoyed me was the failure to follow simple instructions. I told them to put the clothing boxes in the very front if the storage unit for easy access. When they finished, they said they did that. They did not. They crushed them behind heavy furniture. Very simple request.

Run Dont walk away from these people!!!! They are NOT Good People. They lie and just make excuses. My move was very stressful because of them and I hope no one makes the mistake I did working with them!!

I am very happy with how my interstate moving went last year with Molloy Bros (I worked with MayFlower and Molloy Bros was the local company who helped me move from NJ). The team was very professional and well-coordinated. Thank you so much!

Horrible experience overall. Paid for “professional” packing services which was just a joke. Lampshades packed with other unprotected glass items. Wardrobe boxes full of heavy items stacked on top of light. Lots of damage and no accountability from the home office. The movers themselves were great, professional and courteous. They couldn’t believe the packing job either.

Molloy Moving & Storage is who we used for our last two moves. They are amazing. They show up on time, super-fast and efficient and we would not hesitate to use them again if we need to move. The movers ask questions to make sure our items are handled with care and their prices are fair and honest. From our moving coordinator LeAnne (who constantly follows up to ensure all runs smoothly) to the movers themselves, a fantastic experience!

We chose Mayflower because they are an established, well known moving company and they (Molloy Bros) absolutely lived up to the reputation! The packing and unpacking was professional, stressless, and seemless. If you think you are paying more - not really - and you are getting the very best. I would absolutely use them again (although I never intend to move again!). Will recommend them to everyone

Reliable friendly staff. I am currently using for storage. I am not familiar with the moving end of the company.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! They are frauds. Molloy Bros is an affiliate of Mayflower Moving Company. They moved us from New York City to Texas in October 2023. We purchased extra insurance for Full (Replacement) Value Protection. Their high value form was too short for all our high value items to be listed. Consequently, I listed each on an Excel spreadsheet, which I emailed to our Move Coordinator and our Move Consultant. Both assured me that we were fully covered.
We unpacked every box within 3 days of arrival in Texas & discovered that our 14 place settings of Christofle silver-plate flatware, valued over $10K, was missing. I immediately emailed our Move Coordinator and our Move Consultant to notify them. Additionally, our large mirror was damaged, our kitchen table was scratched, and the wood on a dresser was chipped. They repaired the dresser and paid us to repair the table. However, they denied the silver flatware claim stating that we "waived the right to check off the inventory control form at time of delivery and no notation of missing at time of delivery or to agency before filing an official claim". These statements were absurd and insulting. We could not have known the silver was missing until we unpacked each box. As mentioned above, Molloy/Mayflower was immediately notified by email. They also refused to repair the mirror and stated this damage was a result of climatic/atmospheric changes causing glue failure. This too was absurd. We reported the missing Christofle flatware to the New York Police Department.
Also, Advance Relocation & Storage, another affiliate of Molloy/Mayflower, crated several pieces of our furniture. On December 8, 2023 an unauthorized charge of $800 from ARS crossed our Chase credit card. I immediately notified ARS. They reversed the charge and told me I had initiated it! On December 18, 2023 two charges for $4500 each crossed our Chase card again from ARS. I reported the fraud to Chase and canceled that card.

Molloy Moving recently did a move for us and we were extremely satisfied. Jennifer coordinated everything perfectly and the moving crew was professional and courteous. I would highly recommend using Molloy's services.

Bad experience with Molloy Brothers Moving and Storage.Pros- showed up on time. Completed move under estimated time. Provided refund for mover leaving mid-move.Cons- rough. Dining room table now has a large chunk of wood taken out of the side. Boxes dropped on floor instead of placed down. Didn’t put together bed frames as we requested (have moved 5+ times using a moving company- they always assemble the bed frames in new house.) Furniture not put in directed rooms.Worst was that we contracted for 5 movers. Mid move, 1 disappears. When we notice, ask and are told “I think he’s in the bathroom.” Nope, flat left. Crew never communicated to us or, we assume, to the office that a mover had to leave. We get that people get sick, have emergencies, etc. But they never would have told us and we would have paid for 5 movers as contracted. The trying to hide the situation is what we can’t get over. Dishonest crew.Would not recommended.

Company played games with the billing, tried to amicably resolve to no avail. Movers broke my Weber grill. Would not recommend

Do not sign the paperwork until a few days after the move after you’ve had time to unpack and check everything!!!Lost a couple of my items. Then took no responsibility for it, since I didn’t notice it until after the move was completed. Anyone who has moved into a new home can understand how hectic the process is. Especially if they have toddlers. I should have checked everything I owned for anything missing. But in good faith I signed the paperwork before checking all my possessions. I didn’t want to make the workers have to wait an extra hour for me to do so, nor did I really have the time with everything that was going on. They also damaged my very expensive table, and will only reimburse me a small percentage of the tables value because they go by the weight of the item not the cost. I had to fill out a big claim form just to be told I’m out of luck with the whole claim. This is shameful. Don’t even bother replying with some empty apology. Any sincere apology would include making the situation right. You got my money and damaged and lost a few of my valuable items. No words can make that right. Very very unprofessional. Avoid this company!!!!!
