This site had good reviews when I ordered but I have called numerous times and emailed with no response. Now I see others have the same issues. Lesson learned, hard lesson. Very frustrating

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE. Your order will be forever "on process", I have called 3 times and they will only tell you that someone will call you back- but never will. They would even tell you they would put a note as "urgent", but doesn't mean anything. I have to call the bank and void the payment.

WHOA...DO NOT order from Medstock. I cannot get anyone to contact me from Medstock about my recent order. After 11 times trying to call, 3 times trying to contact online, with NO results, I will now contact my credit cart company to request a refund. A person (at Medstock) says they will call back but will NOT! (Going on 4 weeks now). This isn't rocket science. New company mantra: "Medstock, We'll take y'er money, but don't expect any customer support!" This company is awful, awful, awful in customer service. If I could give them 0 Stars, I would.

Do not order from this website! They will charge you and never send anything. There is absolutely no customer service. I called several times, left messages, tried contacting through Facebook, and tried to contact again through their website. I don't know what the point is of this website, but it appears to be a scam.

The product didn’t arrive . Made several calls and the answering service took my details . No one called back or responded to multiple emails . Finally I am disputing the payment with credit company . Please beware . This seems like a scam .

I placed an order and 5 months later I still haven't received my order. They have processed the payment and will not return my phone calls to resolve the issue. I do not recommend this company. They will take your money and give you nothing in return. I am currently pursuing action through small claims court.

Absolutely horrific customer service-would give negative stars if allowable based on this experience. Ordered equipment that should not be impacted due to COVID 9 weeks ago. I have called and emailed multiple times inquiring about my order and never has there been a response. Perhaps this company are truly scammers. I would like to think not but I will be contacting the BBB soon if communication is not made. Order #317438
