There was an issue that Kevin the manager insisted on helping with even though Barbara was able to handle it he came over to sit with us to make sure the hiccup never happened again. Both were so helpful and apologized repeatedly for something they had no control over. That is dedication.”

Filling out the form on the website was very easy, and they were extremely prompt in replying. “I just purchased a GE refigerator from the Bayside, NY, location and the salesman, Louis, and the delivery team (I wish I had asked their names) were excellent. Once purchased I received emails immediately from Louis with receipts and delivery times. The fridge was delivered in a few days and I received the fridge within the promised 3-hour delivery window. Both delivery men were very professional and careful negotiating the fridge up the 3rd floor walk up. Kudos to PC Richard for a great experince. I will be going back to this location in the futire.”

I went back about 2 months later because of their promise that they would refund the difference if your mattress went on sale within a certain amount of time. We'll, mine went on sale and they refunded the difference- no problem at all. Wonderful customer service.”
