I am very pleased with the help I received from Cheryl in appliances. I had to return a dishwasher and she was knowledgeable in helping me find another. Also the pick up and return staff were very pleasant and equally helpful.

Dont believe website or app, nothing is in-stock or doesn't tell you "it's special order" and not in store. Staff unbelievably unhelpful. Had to ask 3 people walking in circles just to find a plunger and they didn't even know. Get to home.depot down the block and got everything. What a joke

The woman at the customer service was extremely nice and helpful. But unfortunately, I will never go to this Lowe's location again. I went here to buy a bird feeder, bird seed, and a few other things. While walking to the isle where the bird feeders were a mouse ran across the floor in front of me, which I thought no big deal it happens, but when I got to the isle where the bird stuff was and was looking at the bird feeders and bird seed I kept hearing a crinkly noise, when I went to pick up a bag of bird seed a mouse jumped out of the bag and another mouse ran and the bag underneath had a mouse still in it. All of the bird feeders were completely covered in mouse poop. It was disgusting, I left and didn't get anything. I told a man at the customer service area when I was leaving, and he just stared, shrugging his shoulders, and said nothing. It was my 1st and only time going to this particular Lowe's, I will go to Bayshore Lowe's (where I usually go) or even Home Depot in the future

Staff did not look at all happy to be there, not one staff member smiled at us or seem to know what they are doing. 1. We asked for thermostat wire and was directed to the carpeting aisle. 2. We asked where they keep the thermostat and we were directed to plumbing. 3. We found the wire ourselves and had to wait almost 10 minutes as we observed staff congregating at the other side at the store. 4. The person who assisted was not sure which wire is for thermostat. 5. At self check out the system required a staff member to verify the length so we can pay and we had to wait for her to mop the front end. It just seems like everyone's head was jn the ground or sand. It was not a pleasant experience at this location.

This review isn't necessarily for the Farmingdale store but Lowe's in general. Weeks before Christmas we ordered an electric fireplace that we paid to have delivered and assembled. We scheduled a date after the holidays for delivery. Two days before the date we get a call from Lowe's delivery confirming the date and also to say this particular item won't be assembled. They didn't know that a good month ago when this item was ordered?? No excuse so I guess right now my feelings on Lowe's is they suck.

Went here on a Tuesday early afternoon. There must have been less than 10 customers in the entire store. I asked for help to get something down from the top shelf. Customer Service called for someone 3 times to my aisle (aisle 5) and nobody came. Wasted 20 minutes in the store and ended up walking out with no products because I was fed up. Customer service is clearly not a priority in this store. Go to Home Depot or a Ace Hardware.

Well stocked and clean location, the staff is friendly and helpful, have been here plenty of times and was always satisfied with their efforts to help, this time, for the first time I ordered on line and picked up my order in the store, it was a different experience but a positive one, arrived and was promptly helped, my order was ready and handed to me on a promptly manner, I was very satisfied with the results of this purchase, will try it again, next time, I'll try the curb side delivery and see how that works, btw, parking has always been available when I have frequented this establishment.

Kim is an excellent salesperson.She is very knowledgeable and helpful. I was really amazed the way she helped me loading my heavy stuff in my car, also she refused to accept tips for her service.

We received a dented washer/dryer combo 2x, then we're expecting another new one fordelivery, but the delivery was a no show. I called and received no explanation and then was put on hold and then they hung up. We decided to cancel the order and go to Home Depot. They are a waste of time with unprofessional managers and staff.
