I think after today I will never buy anything from Lowe’s anymore. How they treat their customers is the reason Home Depot is much more successful.
Both of them carry almost same products. But if I am spending my money I need better service.
This difference will make sure one day they have to Shut their door or might be Home Depot will buy them out.
Employees were more interested in chatting and enjoying with each rather than helping customers.
I want to return stuff but they were unable to find the manager so he/she can authorize it. How can you loose your manager.
Also there were no Supervisors. So to anyone who want to buy from Lowe’s DONT. You will regret it.

This place is great in all but one part throwed me off. I recently got blinds for my living room about 3 days ago and I'm finally unpacked it and when I put the blinds up the cut didn't work it was still big compared to the window! But I have go to say the workers at lowes sort of helped but very kind and amazing! Over all I'm disappointed in the cut but good on the staff.

some really good clearance in that respect a lot better than home Depot!!!! Last year I bought 3 10x14 sheds manager drop the price from 1200 Each to 450 for all 3 because somebody slightly hit with forklift!!!!! They all went together perfectly I banged the minor dings right out!!

I mean, what can I say? This is my first experience with ordering from Lowe’s. I need to buy some appliances for my home and when I got there, I was introduced with Elizabeth, who was very helpful even though on that particular day, I wasn’t able to purchase anything because I still had to find out exactly when I needed it so finally when I made up my mind Online, but it was giving me some for Elizabeth but she wasn’t there. The person That answered the phone Ended up, helping me with placing the orders and this guy Was phenomenal very helpful in every way his name is Mark. So we placed the order together and the next day I noticed that the delivery date was too far ahead so I ended up calling the store again and Mark picked up again and he was able to help me change the delivery date of June 26. He got it for me May 29, which was unbelievable with the help of Mark and his manager, I believe it was Dion, they did an excellent job.And of course Elizabeth too. I would recommend this store. , they did an excellent job. I would recommend this store to anyone that needs to go and purchase in Farmingdale. This is the best experience I had in any of the stores I mean I’ve been to Pc Richards Home Depot and nothing like this I would definitely do all of my appliance shopping at Lowe’s from now on.

Appliance department was the worst to deal with. They couldn’t assist and we waited over an hour to complete our transaction. Why offer leasing if none of your employees know how to complete the process?
