I want to congratulate Jessica, one of the cleaning staff at this location. Since she started to work here the women’s locker room is spotless in spite of the careless people. It smells good and it looks so so nice and clean! Thank you Jessica for caring and for your hard work! One thing i go here is for the sauna. It has been down countless amount of times. I have been very understanding through the construction and again it was down for the temprature trouble shoot but this is too much. I have came here for years and we always pay full price for membership but they are not holding their end of the deal. Thank god for new stair masters buy that also took forever and countless complaints.

6/25/24 Horribally Filthy Mens Locker Room, Bathroom & Shower. Insect infestation e.g. 2nd Shower Stall on left. The entire area Must be disinfected and maintained clean.
7/2224 To whom it may concern.
As of 7/22/24 this facility with specific regard to the men's bathroom, shower and locker areas are completely filthy, disgusting and pose a serious health hazard.
Floors, walls, ceilings have dirt, mildew & human gunk.
Toilets & their walls have human feces.
Sinks have dirt, mildew, & human gunk.
Drains smell like sewer.
Bathroom Stalls have bugs, smell, have mildew, human gunk.
Lockers inside filthy.
This is my second email in less than 1 month. No change has occurred even though I received an email from LA Fitness apologizing and promising to cure.
The men's area needs to be professionally power washed and disinfected.
Please cure ASAP before the NYS board of health gets involved

Amazing experience coming here after a meeting at work . Front desk staff greeted me , weight room clean , locker room clean . Had a great workout and coming back tomorrow . When I was leaving staff thanked me for being a member . Absolutely love it !!!!!!!

I had a positive experience at LA Fitness recently, largely thanks to the exceptional assistance from Joseph at the front desk. I encountered a membership issue where our accounts had been swapped, and my ID was not working. Despite initial challenges and unhelpful responses from others, Joseph remained patient and determined to resolve the issue.
Joseph's dedication stood out as he went above and beyond, even investigating beyond the norm to find a solution. While others suggested it was an insurance matter, Joseph persisted and successfully corrected the problem. His commitment to member satisfaction and respectfulness was evident throughout the process.
I truly appreciate Joseph's professionalism and willingness to help. His efforts turned what could have been a frustrating situation into a positive interaction. Thank you, Joseph, for your outstanding service at LA Fitness.

Idk why I keep my membership. I workout everyday and it just gets worse. Why do the weights smell like rotting cabbage? Machines stay broken for months. The saunas never are functional. The bathrooms are disgusting. Half the stairmasters have been broken for a year. Old and outdated equipment. Recently took them over a month to change a flickering lightbulb in the gym floor. Frequent theft in the locker rooms.
