The people there are always so unfriendly to interact with but I saw past it because my pup was happy and they do a decent cut at a good price. Yesterday one of ladies was just beyond rude and unprofessional to me over my simple question. I will never be going back on principle.

Love this place!! Took my dog there for the first time today, they did a great job washing her and cutting her nails, and they even put an adorable Halloween themed bandana on her! So so so well priced(45 dollars for nail trim and a bath for my small dog), will never go to petco grooming ever again!! K-9 kastle is the best, and my dog seemed very comfortable with them!!

I have been using K9 for probably over a decade now. We found them originally when I needed a groomer for my mini schnauzer and he always looked amazing. We now bring our ChowChow which is not an easy dog to groom with all that floof but she always comes out looking incredible and won't shed for weeks after coming home!! Chows are notorious for not liking people outside of their household but our girl trots right in and loves being there. The owner is truly wonderful and always makes time to chat about how Macie is doing, she really cares about the pups she sees! Even after moving farther away from their shop it's worth it for us to make the drive. I wouldn't bring my dogs anywhere else.

Had my puppy groomed at K-9 Kastle for the first time and would not recommend them for the following reasons: They made my toy poodle look like a schnauzer AND most disturbing they clipped the skin on her belly by her back leg and her skin is RAW. Shame on them! They never said a word and I did not notice it until the evening. Please bring your baby somewhere else. Never ever to K-9 Kastle.

I was really happy with the way K9 Kastle handled my old, blind, cranky dachshund who despises having his nails clipped. Very professional, excellent job. Rocky Road says "Woof!" to you! And I send my deepest thanks.

They did a great job. i showed a pic of a cavapoo i liked and they groomed him exactly the way i wanted and he had trouble in the dryer and they took there time and he was fine!

Place is a dirty butcher they Don't let you inside because they don't want to see what they're doing to the dogs They say they don't let you in because of Covid but all the dogs are crated up to the ceiling brought my dog in for the fourth time they went from charging me $70-$78 to $85-$92 and on the last visit the owner cut my dogs nipple off and didn't tell me my dog came home bleeding from owner cutting her nipple. I will never go back there again it's a butcher shop
