This place is a home away from home! Rob and Bridget make this place so warm and welcoming! Definitely a place that deserves all the love and support they get! Their selection is great as is their lounge area on top of great pricing! Highly highly recommend this lounge!

Good selection with good prices. Never had a dry cigar from the place. Always maintained well. Very clean and conveniently surrounded by bars and restaurants.

Very helpful, friendly, knowledgeable staff. Lounge is on the more intimate size but well appointed and very comfortable seating. Apprx 18-20 person capacity. Several large flat screens and impressive stock of cigars and expanding pipe tobacco section as well. I enjoy watching the games here and look forward to Rob and Bridgette expertise

Great store and high quality products. My complaint is that I drove there twice during business hours and they were closed. Called the store after waiting one hour and no message and no returned phone call.I decided to buy online instead at a better price. However, I like to support local businesses, but if I drive twenty minutes to your store and you're not open twice, and you don't return a call, sorry I can't support your business.

First time here but the cigar selection and quality of cigar seem really good for a storefront cigar place. The prices are inline with expectations of any regular cigar smoker that frequent lounges. There is a nice, but small lounge. Would easily seat 15-20 people. Well appointed. Good ventilation. Three TVs. Comfortable, leather seats. The usual. Staff was welcoming and knowledgeable.

Wonderful time here. Had a great conversation with Bridgette. (Hope o spelled that right) she sat with me and talked, and made me feel at home in between customers coming in. Got some great sticks and the prices were good. I’ll be back.

Jim's is getting to look like the proverbial tobacco road. Sad that Jim has passed, but it's time to move on and freshen this place up!The chairs and couches look like they were collected from the curb on trash day. The carpeting is well-worn and needs replacing.Now the hours have been reduced, and closing at 9pm is ridiculous if you get there at 730 and want to relax and enjoy a cigar and a conversation.Maybe a change in management is due? There's no more coffee machine (well, there is.. But the "manager" doesn't want it put back out) and even bottled water is no longer available on a regular basis.Sad to see this place looking like it's fading fast...

This place was great with the customer service, people, and atmosphere. Since first time I went it was so comfortable and inviting. Seems if there is new staff and they are unprofessional and skeevy . What a shame.
