We had the most knowledgeable sales associate to help us pick out a couch, ottoman & chair this afternoon. Isaac Thomas was patient, knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. Looking forward to reaching out to him again to help purchase other pieces of furniture for our new condo.

Fabian is the man! Very helpful and great to deal with.Revising my review. In store process was great. Customer service team that helped with delivery and now replacing damaged couch has been the most difficult process. For the $ we paid I'm shocked at the incompetence. Would never buy from this place ever again.
