Pamela Sandler in the Farmingdale branch is truly irreplaceable. She makes filing your taxes a breeze (even if you’re an investor, or an independent contractor, or someone with “situationally” difficult returns) and removes all the friction from your yearly return!! I actually end up looking forward to the chance to catch up with her a little bit each year, as well as complete my return rather than dreading it, like I used to in the past.

The staff here are professional, polite, and caring. However, the pricing for their taxes are expensive; this is out of the staff's control though.I worked with Maria who was very helpful. She tried her best to give me as many coupons as she could to lower my price.
