Excellent customer service!! Very pleased with the repairs provided. Got tricked by another local car repair so finding such a place was a gem. Chris is very trustworthy. I highly recommend their service and would definitely be going back.

brought my car in to get a headlight. They told me that the bumper needed to be taken off my car in order to get to the headlight and that my car needed a special head light. I was told it would be $400.00. I called another shop, they did not need to take my bumper off and it did not need a special head light. I got it done for 80.00. They take advantage of woman because they feel we dont know any better. Well I did. Im no dummy. I work right down the block from them and its a shame that they did this. I will NEVER use them again.

I was able to make an appointment easily to get a synthetic oil change. I called in the morning and asked if I could come in that day. I brought the coupons from the local flyer. I was hoping to just get inspection, my oil change and tie rotation. I always have a fear that I'm going to bring my car in and there are going to be all these added fees and things needed to be change. Low and behold a couple hours later, I was informed that I needed new tires and air filter and other things. My total went from 80 to 650 dollars. It was necessary for new tires to pass the inspection. The one thing I don't like is that the receipts are already printed out and you sign ahead of time rather than the employee reviews what you are charged for. I noticed that my coupons were not applied to my purchase so I was annoyed about that.

Has to be the worst tire shop in Farmingdale. Dishonest and money hungry staff. Better off going to the junk yard for tires. Eric the manager is a great scam and b******* artist. You have been warned

Good Looking Out! My car has seen some miles and I'm the first to admit I don't like to spend too much, but when I stopped in for an oil change Chris actually checked out my car as part of his service. He explained my fan belt was frayed, my rear tires needed to be changed and I had a screw in one and a nail in the other. Then he showed me. I've recently taken my car for an inspection, a tire rotation even a battery change elsewhere and no one else noticed anything. They did the job I asked to do, no more no less. Needless to say I changed my oil, bought new tires and will be back to change the fan belt. It's better to be safe than sorry. Thanks Goodyear of Farmingdale!

The owner of Goodyear in Farmingdale behaves like a criminal. He completed over 600.00 in repairs without pre-authorization. Additionally, when it came time to tow my car to a new shop (for a second opinion) the owner held my car hostage until we drove forty minutes and paid in cash because he wouldn't accept payment over the phone. It's unfortunate when hard working Long Islanders are continually taken advantage of by this guy. I have contacted the New York State Attorney Generals Office to investigate. The owner is a liar and has a track record of poor customer service.

I took my car in for an inspection this morning. It was done quickly, they called me about an hour after I dropped it off! It's located right down the block from my job so it was so convenient for me to drop it off and walk to work. They also informed me that my windshield wipers are leaving streaks and i needed new ones, which I knew but i kept putting it off, so I purchased new ones from them and they put them on for me for a very reasonable price. I will be returning the next time I need a service on my vehicle. Also, the workers I dealt with were very friendly!

Funny the "owner" responds back to my YELP review 11 months later---LOL....just about as quick as their terrible service....do yourself a favor stay FAR away...as there are quite a few NEGATIVE and super accurate reviews already before and after.......probably the only positive ones are either relatives or got paid by this dishonest and corrupt owner!--STAY AWAY--the incompetence of their work is simply amazing..

The shop always gives great service. They focus on all the details and no matter how busy they are, they manage to squeeze you in. I highly recommend this shop for all to come to.

This place and the staff are AMAZING!! My traction and check engine light kept turning on. I had my jeep warranty still, so i took it to JEEP to check it out. After very rude customer service and 4 days with out a car and no loaner (because they didn't have any), which under warranty they should have. I get a $400 dollar bill to replace the battery and a diagnostic fee! I was pissed. Mind you I am a single mother barely making it and they just fixed my car without asking me first if i could even afford it. Long story short. Paid them went on my way. not even 2 weeks later check engine light and traction light comes on and wheel starts pulling to the right, take it back to jeep demanding they fix it and they try to say its going to cost me $1200 (this is after i waited 3 days) to JUST START. BS!! So take it to AA Tire for 2nd opinion and WOW can you believe it best cost to fix $600 and it can be done by the next day. The staff was so sweet, extremely helpful, AND THEY ARE HONEST!!! So blessed i stumbled upon them. I will send everyone i know to them!

horrible. they charged me $45 for two brake lights that cost $3.40 each and then did my license plate light when i asked for my other " rear" lights to be checked. The guy compromises to $40??? Labor on each tire. I am furious. I will make sure every in town knows they are this horrible.

Went there early 2016 for a brake job. After the job was done Eric tells me $600+ for new rotors, pads on all four on my truck. I was taken back when I showed them that their ad shows a price match. I show them the ad from Mavis on Route 110 cost only $99. Why are you charging me an extra $50 per wheel. His response was we use better parts. After two weeks I just happen to look at my rotors and they are totally rusted out. Better parts my a*** I chalked it up and made a mistake to use another coupon from them for a oil change for $22.99 with a tire rotation. I walked across the street for coffee and I get a phone call from them telling me my license plate light is out and my tires are in need of replacing. I said just do what the coupon says. I came back in and a few minutes later I'm told by Eric, "were not gonna rotate the tires because the tread is bad. They knew they weren't going to get more money out of me so they threw that not going to rotate the tires at me low tread. I checked my tires and they all had lots of time left before touching the tread rubber warning with-in. What a scam they are. They will sweet talk you until you say yes and Bang, you have to pay more. I made a complaint with Goodyear and even they blew it off. I will never go back to them again even if my truck breaks down in front of them. What a sham it is to have an establishment try to get over on you... Go to TNJ on Merritt's, Honest work with no BS and calls about this or that needs fixing if it doesn't. If the coupon said oil change and rotate, then rotate the damn tires too with no questions asked! BYE BYE
