Brandon is an excellent communicator and customer service agent. After a bit of trouble with the standard email and getting information on my order, Brandon was able to provide details and organize delivery within a week. The furniture is really beautiful, and I'm happy with the purchase (walnut console).

We just purchased a bed and two Stressless chairs from France and Son. We had a fantastic experience. The chairs were easy as we knew exactly what we wanted but the bed was another story. We spent probably 6 hours in total in the store (over 3 visits), we had 2 different salespeople help us. Both were extremely helpful, knowledgeable and patient! We will be back!

Absolutely brilliant service from France and Son. From ordering to delivery it was so easy and we are delighted with the quality of the tables. Great aftersales also with the staff who were very professional and pleasant, especially ***** and they could not do enough to help us. Would recommend them to anyone looking for club furniture.

I purchased a black lamp from the France & Son website. When I received the lamp, the box was marked black but the lamp is not black; the lamp is a gray metallic color. I have purchased two other black lamps from France & Son that were black. When I sit this lamp beside it, it is not black. I am aware that I would have to pay a restocking fee if I had buyer's remorse. In this case, I am not returning the lamp for buyer's remorse — the lamp is not the color that was advertised. I asked for a refund for the full refund without having to pay a restocking fee and was told that my eyes are wrong and somehow the lamp is black and they would not give me the full refund. Now, they want me to sign a document that binds me to the refund minus the restocking fee before I can return the lamp to them. I have no problem adhering to the restocking fee if I had changed my mind, but this is not my fault, so I do not want to pay for their mistake.

Except for the day I placed my order, I've found everyone here to be very rude. My item hasn't been delivered yet, way over what I was told to expect for delivery time. So, I've been trying to get a status on this all week. The phone rings on and on and no one answers. Others have told me they can't help me and rush me off the phone. I'm so disappointed in this establishment. But I will get to the bottom of this 1st and absolutely LAST order with them.
