I went many time this place but very disappointed there was more then 10 people work on the floor but only one cashier, I asked employee if they can open another register but he said they have only one trained cashier long wait

Good variety all prices. Farmingdale store: A gentleman named Douglas was most helpful, knowledgeable and gave us great advice! And no, we never met him before. But I strongly recommend you ask for him. The guy knows his stuff and is very honest with the pros and cons vs prices. Thanks Douglas for all your time!!

Huge display of tiles for your home. Keith, the manager of bathroom tiles and accessories was a great help and design specialist a Mei was amazing.

Comparing this place to Home Depot.
1. Better selection.
2. No military discount.
3. Middle aged lady with glasses opens registers for some and closes it for others.
Employees seem confused so if you don’t need something specific I’d go to Home Depot at-least they take care of the military.

Chan was so very helpful today! He helped me find exactly what I was seeking, quickly and easily! So friendly! Female anager and employee (I don't know their names) were also friendly and nice! This store was so chock full of good stuff when hubby and I reduced our bath in 2018, too! Highly recommend! ? Glad to see the Farmingdale location going strong post-pandemic, too!

I very rarely to this but here I go. Went into floor & decor’s Farmingdale location last Friday to purchase a large order. I went to the pro desk and was lucky enough to meet Cindy Masone. Cindy couldn’t have been more helpful in getting me my stuff - she went out of her way to locate it and make sure it was going to be ready for pickup. She also helped me get my pro account correctly set up - I didn’t even know it wasn’t. Took care of that for me and told me that she would really like me to comeback for anything and that she would always be there to help me. I took her card with her store number and told me to call whenever I needed anything and she would have it ready when I got there. Not many people in today’s world go well over and beyond the way Cindy did for me, and I’m sure for many other customers. I hope that she gets to see this review and that floor & decor sees this as well. I will always do my shopping at the Farmingdale location from now on because of Cindy.
