I have not opened the entire package yet but the sink looks awesome and the side of the cabinet looks awesome. The packaging really protected the cabinet. I ordered this and expected to have to wait a while to get it. I got it very quickly. I got a call on the time frame of when they would deliver and requested a call 1/2 hour before delivery. I got that call and the delivery guy was very nice, professional and took care with my package. I am very satisfied with this company so far and would definitely use them again in the future!!

i have contacted co. 2x for a home depot purchase delivery, and they have been great both times. i'll update when i rec. the delivery.UPDATE: delivery was smooth.. and, again.. good communication w/ the office people.

My "signature required" shipment was delivered without a signature and left outside in a puddle. I now have a soaking wet, 75lb box I need to haul in myself.

Tried calling all week because my estimated delivery was on 4/9 trying to set a delivery appointment that fit my schedule. I checked my tracking and it's listed as delivery confirmation set for 4/10. No one called me to confirm my appointment. I guess they will be waiting because I will not be home and I did not sign up for delivery without signature. So they wasted a trip.

worst shipping company - they do not answer e-mails - their on-line tracking is useless - they say 3 days and 1 week later you may see your shipment -they have no customer service standards.

I received a phone call from Estes stating a delivery was scheduled between 8:00-6:00pm, the same day I received an E Mail from Estes staying delivery was 2pm-6pm. I called Estes terminal and was told they had no knowledge of an E Mail. I called the day of delivery to confirm the delivery and I gave my phone # for driver to call if he had questions, 6 PM came and went with no delivery or phone call. I called customer service and was first told the driver was running late, during the same call I was told the driver called and received no answer and attempted delivery 2 times. A complete lie. I never left the house and driver never called nor attempted delivery. I lost a full day at work for no reason other then Estes’ incompetence. Still haven’t received delivery and trying to communicate with customer service effectively is beyond difficult. I have called the product provider and recommended they switch to another freight carrier. Estes = definition of poor service.

Went to look for this shipper in 2 addresses, 1 of which I was directed to by the regional office in NJ only to find both locations closed. Waste of 3hrs. Jerks. Incompetent
