I purchased my 2014 VW Tiguan from Elite Motorsports in Lindenhurst about a year ago, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience and my decision. Today, I brought it back in for an inspection, and once again, they reminded me why I’ll only be taking my cars here. The young man at the counter is a treat to work with—his calm, professional demeanor makes everything seamless and stress-free. I was in and out quickly, which was a huge plus.
When I initially bought the car, they worked closely with me to ensure I got a deal I felt comfortable with—no pressure, no gimmicks. The Tiguan’s interior was immaculate when I picked it up, which says a lot about the pride they take in their vehicles. If you’re going to Elite, don’t expect the typical “used car” dealership vibe. They are honest, reputable, and genuinely focused on customer satisfaction, which makes all the difference.

I’m not a karen who leaves bad reviews but this was just ridiculous. I purchased an Audi a4, a week later the headlight bulb went out. I leave it for a few weeks waiting on their response and finally they said they would put it on for me and when I got it done they proceed to charge me $180. Then I get an oil change on the same day, next day I have no coolant in my reservoir. Theres a coolant leak? I’ve never had that problem. Little bit of a reach to say they did it but either way these people definitely are definitely fishy. Just know you’re going to have to put like $1000-2000 into the car when you purchase it.

A quick note to convey my complete, and continued, satisfaction with Elite Motorsports. I’ve been going to Elite for over a decade for regular servicing and those “unique” problems that creep up with a classic car (1990 911) and no servicing too small nor any problem too large. Elite Motorsports have always treated my ol’ girl with care and have ALWAYS communicated what the problem is and what solutions are available. Indeed, this last time, my odometer failed (a failure not very common) and they took the time to find a repair shop that could fix the odometer. Kia and Joe kept me up to date on the status of the repair as well as clearly communicating costs.
I have already recommended Elite Motorsports to a friend and wholeheartedly recommend Kia and his team to anyone who wants a knowledgeable and caring team to work on their car.

Took my 8V A3 in for a misfire and low compression and they replaced bent valves, head gasket and timing chain. All done within a week from when they started to work on the car which was perfect. Joe was extremely helpful over the phone and provided me a loaner vehicle as soon as one was available as well. Labor rates are excellent and prices for parts are very reasonable. Special thanks to the technician for getting me back on the road, and to Joe who walked me through every step of it. Definitely will be back ??

My BMW X6 has been there since August 9th. Around 12pm Eastern standard time and I have not heard anything about my vehicle since. I called them Monday morning and was told it hadn't been diagnosed as of yet, But I Must Say That They Were Highly Recommend From A Client Of Mine And I Have The Upmost Trust, That They Will Have My Car Up And Running In No Time.... So That's Why I'm Giving Them 5 Stars....

I recently took my 2018 BMW to the local dealer for service. I was told the car needed a major repair that would cost nearly $2,000. Instead I took my car to Elite Motor Sports. They did the job for nearly half the price. They did a terrific job. I received prompt, courteous service and even a free loaner. I highly recommend them and will definitely use them again.

I have to say, out of anywhere I have ever bought a car, they are the nicest, easiest and most honest people I have dealt with. I purchased a Porsche from Elite last week and they made the process very simple and easy. They made themselves available after work hours in order for me to view the car for a second time. Within one day of agreeing on the price they had the car registered and ready to pick up. So far the car seems to be in exceptional shape and they did a great detailing job on it as well. I would highly recommend heading to Elite if you are in the market for a new car.

Have nothing but great things to say of the crew at Elite. I'm a repeat customer because of the great customer service and their attention to detail. Whenever I need to schedule time and from when I arrive, Joe at the front desk always takes care of me.

HORRIBLE customer service & unethical business practices — they are dishonest and will try to mislead you and overcharge you unnecessarily. when you stand your ground they get defensive and raise their voice.
To break down specifics:
Elite installed my APR Stage 1 tune on my VW back in 2021.
I simply needed my car’s tune reflashed & the guy on the phone (who I presume to be a co-owner) insisted i had a turbo leak & that he needed to keep my car to diagnose my very clear Software issue. — Little did he know I had several mechanics confirm that my car was mechanically sound and that the Tune just needed to be flashed. I even looked at my car on a lift myself!
He slandered the other mechanics and accused them of being “shady” and that they had to be lying because he had “never heard of a car needing a tune reinstalled”. They intentionally mislead me &
the Man on the phone began to raise his voice at me and became NASTY when I insisted on only needing the flash & I was happy to assume responsibility if the flash didn't work.
He became very angry and started screaming - Even going as far as saying that I was “lucky” and i should be “grateful” he was doing me a favor! How is it a favor if he was going to be compensated for it? very arrogant.
Since the software is registered to my car’s VIN, I will happily take my car to another APR certified shop. I have also shared with APR their appalling behavior & have learned they have a long history of scorned customers. BUYER BEWARE.
Those scorned customer will also be sharing their terrible experiences with the proper channels.
Very unfortunate that a local business chooses to conduct business this way.
