Always a great experience coming to this salon. The best in Farmingdale! They always take me in right away very professional and courteous and most importantly I always leave with my hair the way I want it. I moved to Florida 6 months ago and couldn’t wait to come back to Marisol! Had a wash and set, trim and pin curls done.

I hate to spend a lot of time in a beauty salon. I love the fact that Marisol do my hair in less than one hour. I don't let anyone cut my hair..just Marisol!!. When she do it, my hair grow so fast.

I’d give this salon a 0 if I could - I asked for a wash & set with blow and curl on the bottom - hair looked great as I left - but had a bad /burnt smell - fast forward a few days I wash my hair to wear it curly again and my hair was straight on the bottom to the point that I couldn’t get the curls back - now I’m sure they put some chemical in my hair then used a flat iron that was 480 degree (I went back to show the owner my hair and she told me it was the flat iron). She did not give me a refund when I asked for one and a week later I still have a slight wave and no curl - my hair always curled right back up after I washed it after being straight because I rarely straighten it - my hair went from this to that after going here (and it wasn’t my first time as a customer that’s why I went back) attached are photos and what she used on my hair that was a “deep conditioner” when I asked - she left it in with the roller set - be careful if you go here

They were secretly putting perm in my hair. I think in their shampoo they put it in. I was natural for years. What a mistake to go there. I went to another salon and they told me my hair looks like something that’s been permed. I was only going here for like three months prior to changing to the new salon. I love Marisol, the owner , and all the people working at Crystal Beauty Salon. I get my hair washed and styled there weekly. BTW, the way they shampoo your hair is like a message. Love it!
