Not this location particularly- all ACE hardware stores should be commended for their inflated prices and lack of variety. If you are lucky enough to find what you need (you won’t be) you’ll be paying 30 percent more for it. Absolute waste of time, EVERY TIME.

Very helpful staff. When you don't feel like going to Home Depot, I find that ace is quicker and basically have similar products. Prices at Ace are competitive and sometimes with sales less expensive.

Sunday 11-26-23. 3pm. Paid $50 cash for gift card. Their register/computer could not get authorization for the sale although it printed receipt. They would not return my $50. They wanted to help me by having to return on Monday when their corporate office is open. Not exactly the best customer service. Their issue became my issue, and I'm expected to walk out with a receipt, no card, and no $50.

Bought something online. When I went to pick it up I was told there was a computer problem and I couldn't get my item even though there were plenty in the store. They wouldn't honor the online price and told me I would have to pay full price even though I showed proof that the online cheaper price was already taken out of my account. I left with nothing and had to call PayPal to reverse the charges and bought it down the road at Walmart. Horrible customer service. Manager wouldn't even talk to me and instead sent out an employee to speak with me. Never going back.

Ace hardware in general is my go-to. when I don't feel like going to home Depot, you pay more but generally speaking it's a better experience
