I must relate a story that you all need to read and something you must be very wary of. My daughter was the victim of a crime. Please check out our story: This is beyond belief that Citibank can get away with this. Please spread the word. No one at this financial organization wants to help us. Someone stole her identity and managed to wipeout her entire savings account at Citibank. This supposedly trusted institution will not take responsibility. The have denied her claim twice and they are blaming her. They do not answer phone calls. They give you bogus numbers you cannot get through to. On April 19 they sent her a standard denial letter that read the following: "You did not take adequate steps to safeguard your account. This failure compromised the security of your account and directly contributed to allowing the transaction(s) in question to take place." Jackie is the victim of a crime. Citibank is denying it. They made the mistake of allowing that wire transfer to occur without taking the adequate safety measures and will not take the correct security precautions. We have hired a lawyer. I am going out now in social media to alert the masses about what has occurred. Citibank is dangerous. Your money is not safe there. This is a story that must be reported. I need assistance getting it out there. A representative from the Citibank fraud department just called while I was on the phone speaking to our lawyer. She left a number to call her back and then it took me 30 minutes to respond. There is no humanity at this bank. I must fight to get them to do the right thing. Consider this a warning. Your money is not safe at Citibank. And please give us a helping hand if anyone can be of any assistance. This is simply beyond belief that Citibank would treat my daughter - or any or us, or you perhaps - like this. Isn't a bank supposed to be a safe haven for your money?

This Citibank location is great. All of the tellers i've worked with are very polite and I think I honestly want to address and fix any concerns that you may have. the bank is extremely clean very friendly and most of the time there are 3 to 4 tellers working at one time so you can be in and out. Their parking lot is enormous so there's plenty of spots off of a busy road.

Positive: nice place and quiet. People are friendly. Negative: few people work there and not enough people and close on Saturday huh?! I saw homeless man sleep there over midnight night.
